The cafe keeps a parrot in a cage and it is very neglected. It is plucking its feathers and going bald. I have a parrot at home and know the difference between molting and plucking. It does not have clean water or enough food. Please give it better food, like pellets with vitamins

The first and basic rule of catering is courtesy. This place lacks that quite a bit. We sat at the table for 15 minutes. The girl completely consciously and deliberately ignored us, while she was taking orders from the other guests. She could have even informed us that if it was self-service bar (I'm still not sure if it was, but obviuosly she was serving other guests). After 15 minutes we got up and left. Oggi sono stata al bar Pappagallo a Cristo Re per fare colazione con la mia compagna e il nostro cane. Fuori c’era già un altro cane e, per evitare che si azzuffassero, ci siamo sedute dentro. Dopo dieci minuti esce la titolare, ci squadra come se fossimo un fastidio, guarda il mio cane – tranquillo, solo un po’ accaldato – e con la faccia disgustata ci dice: “Sta sbavando, doveva stare fuori”.

Sono rimasta senza parole: mai vista una maleducazione e una cafonaggine simile. Mi sono alzata, ho pagato e me ne sono andata. Ah, dimenticavo: avevo ordinato una bottiglia d’acqua che non è mai arrivata, la granita era imbevibile e il locale… beh, diciamo solo che l’igiene non è il loro forte. Forse il mio cane, con due gocce di bava, ha fatto solo un favore, dandovi un motivo per lavare quel pavimento lurido.

Un bar che tratta i clienti (e i loro animali) con questa arroganza e scortesia non merita neanche di essere chiamato bar. Vergognatevi. Mai più e lo sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque: se volete farvi trattare male, andate pure; altrimenti, fatevi un favore e...
