The staff are rude and unwelcoming. The only slightly ok experience I had here was when I went to the shop with a lady who was the same ethnic background as them so spoke their mother tongue. They treated her and her family like they were family. After that I returned to the shop with some friends. The man was incredibly rude, refused to bring our food to the table for us which they usually do. He also demanded we paid prior to eating which I found incredibly strange considering he didnt do it in the past when I've come and no restaurant in Messina charges prior to you eating. Vengo con mio marito in questo posto da anni, mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Prendiamo sempre lo stesso menù piadina kebab. Da un pó di anni a questa parte la gestione è cambiata, non c'è più il ragazzo che gestiva questo locale da anni. Do una stella perché la qualità (sia del servizio per via della lingua, sia per la qualità del cibo). I kebab non vengono riempiti a dovere e le patate stranamente erano senza sale.
