喜洋洋火锅 Xi Hot Pot Restaurant — Restaurant in Milan

As of 10/18/24 this is how this place works. They switched from hot pot to sukiyaki style.

They start you off by stir frying some beef, then they add in the soup base. They give you a set portion of beef, which was high-quality and pretty generous for two in my opinion.

The rest of the ingredients you go get yourself from the bar and is all you can eat. See pictures for details, various balls, veggies, carbs. You can also order a bunch of decent appetizers from scanning the QR code.

There’s a hot pot style sauce bar with all the basics as well.

The meal comes with .5L of wine or a beer for each person. Unlimited drinks from the fridge, and dessert bar, including shaved ice. The almond jelly bunny was yummy.

Staff were fast and efficient. Only one staff person knew English and he was nice.

Food is delicious! The boss was very kind and patient. He explained the all-you-can-eat buffet very clearly to us as we are tourists. The staff were attentive and will help to cook the beef. They refilled the soup base for us. Orders were taken promptly and served swiftly. Good service!

The beef tray per pax has a great mixture of good marbled and normal beef. Dessert was delicious too! My daughter finished 4 bowls of the chocolate mousse cake dessert and she said it’s yummy! 😁

We enjoyed the all you can eat hot pot option. You first select your broth (up to two) and then start ordering what you want to cook/enjoy. This was my first time enjoying this cuisine and it didn't disappoint! The staff was attentive even though they were busy with another very large party.
