Antica Pizzeria Leone — Restaurant in Milan

The food isn’t a issue you may even think of that, that is totally delicious, Italian mannered and no argue about it. The place but is so much crowded with a limited space, you have to stay in a long queue even i you have reserved a table; it’s not actually meaningful. The atmosphere is too noisy and you cannot have a private or calm conversation easily, everybody is somehow speaking out loudly cause otherwise no-one would hear you. Well, sum up, if you are to enjoy a perfect Italian meal in a crowded place and you don’t care to stay long in a queue go on for that, otherwise you’ll find yourself drained at a table in a place where is too much loud...

Our Airbnb Host recommended this place and it was our best italien pizza experience ever. Awesome and fast service by Valerio (thanks man!) very friendly and good english speaking, pizza arrived steaming hot and really fast, great taste. The dessert was really good - homemade cheesecake. the ambient is pretty decent, too. Few seats outside, nice lights and decoration.

Price is really fair for value and we got a lot of sides on the house. Although from 8pm the place gets super crouded, we always felt comfortable and it was not too loud.

Make sure you arrive before 8pm or make a reservation.

This is my favourite pizzeria in Milan, I love the cuopo and the pizzas. The crust in big and soft, with a tender interior, it is delicious, my personal recommendations would be : graziosa, cotto di Parma, quattro formaggi. The staff too is another level, they are extremely kind, always smiling and helpful, they offer sourdough bread and potato balls as well as a lemon cocktail when waiting and at the end they show desserts on a plater for you to choose.
