This place deserves more of a 3.5 stars but I will round up. As many have shared, most dishes are good, service is SUPERB, and the ambiance is elegant without being over the top. No need to dress up excessively either. One star less because I am a huge fan of dim sum and their dim sum dishes are not great - they are just okay. They are a bit smaller in its size in the world of dim sums. The scallop dim sum was a bit fishy, aka the scallops were not fresh, sadly. The ciao long bao is really average (I’ve had A LOT of these little guys - even within Milan alone there are better places for this), the meat had a bit of smell. However the “dishes”, like the char siu styled ribs, king crab rice and the tofu dishes were amazing. Ristorante cinese gourmet a Milano. Il ristorante si presenta esteticamente in maniera davvero eccellente, curato in ogni dettaglio, tutto pulito e al posto giusto, con un design degli interni (a gusto personale) davvero bello. Il personale fin dall'inizio ti fa sentire davvero coccolato e ti segue e consiglia per tutto. Parliamo ora del cibo. Come benvenuto ci hanno portato dei pop corn aromatizzati alle alghe e granchio, una cosa spettacolare, davvero buonissimi. Per antipasto ho scelto degli involtini primavera, a mio parere completamente insapori, non piu buoni dei classici forniti (congelati e poi fritti) in tutti gli altri ristoranti cinesi. La cosa mi lascia abbastanza perplesso perchè si vedeva che erano fatti a mano. Come altri antipasti abbiamo preso dei ravioli giapponesi al vapore con carne, foie gras etc. Ravioli, ECCEZIONALI, davvero fuori dal comune. Super saporiti, la pasta del raviolo si scioglieva in bocca (realizzata con la pasta dei panini bao super tirata), carne dentro perfetta e all'interno era conservato anche il brodo della carne, che messo in bocca sprigiona tutto il sapore. INCREDIBILE davvero. Per piatti principale ho scelto una pasta di grano saltata con verdure e straccetti di manzo al pepe. Qualità degli ingredienti superba, peccato per il piatto, a mio parere sapeva solamente di pepe, davvero esagerato da coprire completamente ogni sapore del piatto. Vero peccato. Il dolce ho scelto un estivo, dolce composto da una meringa alla fragola, gelato al pistacchio, incredibile, davvero bello da vedere e buonissimo da mangiare. Ogni piatto è stato accompagnato da un vino consigliato dal sommelier del ristorante, davvero bravo, preparato e simpatico. Ogni piatto si sposava davvero bene con il vino consigliato, tra l'altro vino di altissima qualità.

Il conto è alto, da ristorante quasi stellato, adatto all'ambiente e alla qualità del cibo (sopratutto ravioli, dolce e vino). Davvero peccato per gli involtini completamente insapori e la pasta che sapeva esclusivamente di pepe (quasi fastidioso) se no sarebbero...

Outstanding food & service at ba restaurant tonight. We are visiting from the UK and the whole experience here was so much better than Hakassan, Nobu & Zuma in London. Better food, better service, more relaxed and enjoyable.
