Ordered the tris of supplì and the classic supplì for delivery and they were insane! I’ve tried supplì in various places in Milano, but they were always cold and super dry, but this time, my god, they were absolutely delicious!!

Still crunchy and super flavourful! Also still good the day after re-heated in the oven!

The cacio e pepe is classic, you know what you’re getting into!

The carbonara is just ridiculous! A core of egg yolks with pecorino and peper, near orgasmic!

The amatricana was just good! Flavour balance on point!

The classic had the longest cheese pull I’ve ever had on a supplì! Even longer than...

I love this fabulous street food. It makes burgers and rice suppli with delicious inside, cacio e pepe, carbonara, amatriciana yeah, and just for this month.There are some really special burgers and supplì with butternut squash, the really sweet kind and pecorino cheese, I came out with bags of them.They're just fantastic. Service is lovely.The guys who work there are so nice. Great for a dinner or just for an aperitivo! If you invite friends over and offer ApeCesare supplì they will keep...

little fast food spot in popular isola quarter, is famous for roman suppli' but there also other option available as hamburgers and others. we tried the suppli' and they were delicious: I tasted amatriciana, carbonara, and cacio and pepe all of them worthwhile the experience.
