Tl;dr: good gelato, flavor options from fruity to sweet to salty, and it seems cheap too!

Walked past this gelateria after having lunch and my incurable sweet tooth compelled me to go in and have some. Good choice.

I used to be the kind of person who went for the super sweet, chocolate-y, candy-y gelato flavors, but I am a changed man now. I now try to pick fruit flavors or stuff like pistachio or the like, because I think that is where the flavor is at and then you can judge the gelato better.

Here I got coconut, salted Sicilian pistachio and mascarpone. All three were good, creamy, and tasted like their real ingredients, so cannot really complain. Why four stars then? Because it didn’t blow my mind, and I think THAT is what 5 stars are for, and we need to stop thinking that 4 or even 3 stars are bad ratings. They’re not. Definitely one of my favorite ice cream places in Milan! First of all, their ice cream is really good, with many interesting flavors (that change from season to season). Second, the portions are very generous. And third, the prices are one of the cheapest in Milan! I highly recommend the salted pistachio flavor and the salted almond one (the only thing I would change is take off lemon zest from it). The staff is super friendly. I asked about a carrot flavor because I know they had it, and I've been told that this flavor will probably come in January. In addition, I've been told about other upcoming seasonal flavors. Amazing gelato spot in Milan! The flavors are incredible—tons of creative chocolate and cream combos, plus my go-to salty pistachio that I absolutely adore. Prices are totally reasonable, and the service? Top-notch! A super friendly lady helped me out, speaking fluent English and patiently walking me through the flavors.
