The place is overall a place that do lot make you feel welcome for combination of attributes! Start with staffs including the manager whose attitude are superior, annoyed faces and absolutely makes you feel you aren’t welcome. They do not same any extra efforts to give to a table on time when they can set the tables a bit quicker but they wouldn’t do it.

We had average food considering Brera has some really nice hidden gems and this ain’t one. Interior is cozy and you feel you will have a cosy evening of quality in terms of food and services but on the contrary it’s just the other way around.

When you make the manager aware that service is not really what they are charging you for, she too give you a hostile response which go to show, the reason why overall staffs attitudes are not welcoming to the guests.

Toilet was noticeably dirty and untidy including the restaurant floor, tissues were laying across floor and nobody seem to notice a thing!

I suppose it could be a reason of large exhibition in the city and staffs are overworked but again, that can’t be entirely true when you get the same consistent poor behaviors from all waiters including the manager. One waiter was worth mentioning in terms of poor customer service attitude was Ms Clara as young individual perhaps forcefully working here without really wanting to g to be here in the service industry. The very same is portrayed by the way she served us.

Overall….a profound disappointment and I would not recommend to those who care about overall service of a place! This surely not that place.

Trust they may change or may be not. Utter...

I am going to be fair. I came in the evening when dinner just started, and I ordered a lot, but first I waited standing for a table for 7 mins(there were lots of empty tables and the waitress and waiter were just busy. I mean, I get it, but then the waitress served another couple first came after me. And while she handed over the Menu to the other later coming customers almost immediately, she had to clean all tables first before give it to me and asked me to wait. I was being patient the whole time and just asked for a menu but apparently that was too much.

Apparently, it was also more important the waiter was and the manger had to chat and laugh about things for a while.

I wasn’t being happy about it, but I think the lady didn’t care, almost gave me a white eye after she took the order (and came back 6mins later to ask what did I ordered excatly) I did not even have my drink yet after 10mins, until another nice waitress came and served me.

I get it the waiters can be busy, and I can wait, but but I wonder why I was served differently, and why did you think it was ok to treat me with a little less respect. Did I look easier?

The food was good, but the main waitress and manager’s customer serving attitude I do...

We wanted to order one pizza with two different toppings — half Capricciosa and half L’Isola. We asked two different waitresses if this was possible, and both seemed to confirm that it was. However, when the food arrived, we were served a full Capricciosa pizza.

When we then tried to cancel the second pizza, we were told that wasn’t possible because we had supposedly ordered two pizzas “one after another” — and that there is a rule of “one meal per person.” This rule was never mentioned to us when ordering, and it’s not stated anywhere on the website or in the menu.

We understand that mixing toppings on one pizza might not be typical in Italy, but all it would have taken was a clear explanation at the time of ordering. Instead, we were misled and later told about an unwritten rule that felt like an excuse to justify the error.

To make matters worse, the waitress was rude and dismissive when we tried to clarify the situation. The overall experience left us feeling misled and poorly treated. We hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it’s important for guests to feel respected and...

What an expectations defying incredible dining experience to end a month long trip. I was feeling for just pizza before catching my night train, and came across this. The ambiance was instantly relaxed and I felt welcome (especially considering as I am a foreigner). The kitchen was yet to open, but their pizza oven was already hot. Perfect for me! I waited for a table at the bar and was offered some water and freshly made potato chips. After seated I asked for recommendations for a drink to go with the pizza. I don't usually drink alcohol, but the waiter insisted on one. I was not disappointed. In fact, I wanted to order another, but I had to be going. Just had to write a review, but in short. It's a bit more on the expensive side, but for the first time in my life I wanted to pay for it and felt the prices were even a bit too reasonable for what you get as a whole. Anyway, thanks for the whole staff for a perfect dinner after a month of gruesome travel. I'll be sure to visit again! :)

Amazing atmosphere. Best ossobucco milanese I ever had in my life! It was so tender we could eat it with a spoon and it was covered in delicious gravy. The dish was to die for. For this reason alone I give it 5 stars. I came here from a recommendation from an Italian Chef that lives in my area (Stefano) who is friend with the Chef here. Excellent recommendation. They have a full bar and I would certainly return here. It appears this may be more in the business district due to the large lunch menu, and company sponsored party in the private room next to us. They also had pizza, but the pizza oven was unfortunately broken. They also have a'lot of dry aged beef. I recommend eating the ribeye or an expensive cut, because I opted to try the local beef which was a cheap cut and it wasn't amazing. The deserts where solid, but the cheese cake was just ok. Get the ossobucco, doooo it.

Yum 🤤! This restaurant has pleased my senses to a very satisfactory degree. Right after arriving in Milan I craved for only two things: either a local risotto with saffron and marrow or the flagship cotoletta milanese. Couldn’t fit both 😅. The former had my choice and it was above delicious, really, I’m not exaggerating. The high score of Bioesseri is also awarded thanks to the lovely location, so modern yet embedded in the lovely district of Brera. Why not a 5 stars? I’ve not tried out (yet?) more dishes here and, should I be back, I’d love to try more and possibly raise this feedback to higher skies 🙃. As always, a note is worth for the service: very friendly and professional gals and guys.
