Caffè Italiano — Restaurant in Milan

Not recommended due to poor customer service.

I came to the cafe to work from my laptop. I ordered cappuccino and tried to connect to WiFi but they told me it didn't work. They had a big free wi-fi sign on the door and no one warned me it's not working! But ok, I already ordered so couldn't just walk away so I made a hotspot and started working anyway. And 10 or less mins after they tell me to get up because they started to serve lunch and there are people coming for lunch! I haven't even finished half of my coffee yet as it's 10 mins or less and again no one told me that it's lunch time and I need to order or will have to leave in 10 mins. And they didn't asked me if I wanted to order lunch or change the seat just told me to leave as soon as possible as other people want to take the table!

I understand if sit for 1 hour with 1 coffee and there are other customers waiting them I need to order smth else or leave but 10 minutes come on!

It's 2 stars not 1 because still they tried to be polite and the coffee was like 1.3 euro so I just lost time with them and had to rush out and find another place to work.

Now I sit in a park under the tree and work from hotspot because no one can tell me to get...

Firstly the waiter was very rude and he just slammed drinks down onto the table. No need for that. The 2 star for atmosphere is generous and was redeemed only by the nice lady at the register. The drinks were not good. My friend ordered cappuccino and it was the worst he's ever had and we live in the UK... They said it tasted like the coffee had been re-used from old shot. It was that bad we down the road to the Mcdonalds and got another coffee there and that was 100% times better. Save yourself and go...

The last place that we saw our lost/stolen iPhone was during lunch at this bar today, Sat 29oct2016. Moreno, and the rest of the staff who we asked for help to find it, rudely told us that the phone was not there, and they did nothing to help...
