Absolutely phenomenal! Viro Steak is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Italy. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and welcoming. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and every recommendation from the staff was spot on.

The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection—juicy, flavorful, and seasoned beautifully. You can tell they care deeply about the quality of their meat and ingredients. The sides and wine pairings elevated the meal even further, making it a true culinary experience rather than just a dinner.

Honestly, I kept thinking to myself how amazing it would be if Viro Steak opened a location in Los Angeles—it would instantly become my go-to spot. Until then, I’ll just be dreaming of my next trip back to Italy so I can come here again.

Incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they serve, they took the time to guide us through the menu and help us choose the perfect cuts to suit our tastes. This place could be good, but lacks atmosphere and good service. The food is good, don't get me wrong. However, we were not properly orientated about what's available. There would be an opportunity to use the dry age showroom for that... We also were never asked about how we like our meat to be cooked and would have preferred a little more medium. Service was terrible. The main host tried to upsell us in a carpetdealer kind of way. Took ages to get drinks and sides came with the appetisers. We had a great hostess at the end from Brazil - made an otherwise bad evening better. Lastly, the atmosphere was terrible. Slightly too loud Disco music and a cold environment really did not fit.
