Casa Fiori Chiari Milano — Restaurant in Milan

Our experience at Casa Fiori upset us. First of all, we arrived a little early from our reservation time, they welcomed us in and seated us. This was very sweet. Then we ordered our meals and we ordered a shared meal because our aim was to experience the place and its food. We ordered red wine in addition to the meal. They misunderstood and brought white wine. We said we wanted red, they did not, but he approached us with a completely negative attitude because of what he misunderstood. As a result, the waiter who served us changed his behavior towards us. In other words; he was rude to us both because he thought we ordered a little (!) food and because he misunderstood the bottle of wine (!). He asked us if we should get it 3 times while there was food on our plates. After filling the wine, he left the bottle in the middle of the table. Moreover, he filled it again while there was wine in our glasses. In conclusion, this restaurant does not give out free food, so we went to eat with our money. We did not let them open a second bottle of wine because of this rudeness. We are tourists, our food culture may be different. You did not treat us...

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant despite its high ratings. The food was not as good as expected — there are many other restaurants in the city that offer much better quality and taste for the same or even lower price.

What really ruined the evening was the service. Without us asking for the bill, the staff brought it to our table and kept pushing us to pay. When we asked why, they explained that our table was reserved for another party at 10:00 PM, even though there were still plenty of empty tables around us.

We politely mentioned that bringing the bill without our request or any proper explanation was not appropriate for a restaurant of this standard. Instead of responding professionally, the staff reacted in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. We made it clear that we were simply giving feedback and were about to leave anyway, but their attitude was unacceptable.

In the end, they offered us free coffee, which felt like an odd and meaningless gesture after the way we were treated. Sadly, I would not recommend this place — it failed in both food quality and...

One waitress , blonde wearing glasses, was very rude to 3 different tables until one couple already left their table. The other 2 including me & a friend stayed because we were already in the middle of the service. Her attitude for no reason , was not ok at all, the way she asked us then keeps interrupting us while choosing for our lunch.I asked for a drink first because it was hot outside and thirsty she only brought it after 30 min along with food and she still not happy. The way she was serving us bread and the other table including the couple who also stayed was inappropriate. The other waiters were fine. Food was also very good but such an unfortunate when the service is poor. The waitress by the door was also prioritizing 2 ladies locals ,who were behind us in the line ! to give them the best table, knowing that we came first and also they were laughing about it.. Regardless of how excellent the food was.. never again this restaurant. Even if I actually live there in Brera, and I was just not able to speak fluent...
