We found this restaurant unexpectedly while walking through the area on a Monday afternoon around 4:00 PM — which is a tricky time in Italy, since most places are closed between lunch and dinner. So the fact that this spot was open was already a big plus. The location is very convenient, especially if you’re passing through or exploring the Brera area. However, when we arrived, even though there were many free tables, we had to wait a while before anyone approached us. That felt a bit odd, especially since staff were visible but slow to respond. We also asked to change to a different table — one that had just been vacated by two people. The waiter refused, saying it was for four people only. When I mentioned that two people had just been sitting there, he replied, “Yes, but they had many plates.” Honestly, not the most logical reasoning, and it came off a bit dismissive. Despite that, the food was quite good. We ordered grilled vegetables, a pasta dish, lasagna, and tiramisu. The lasagna was soft, rich, and flavorful, and the tiramisu was excellent — balanced, not too sweet, not bitter, and beautifully presented. Overall, this place is solid for a casual meal if you don’t expect outstanding service. It’s more about high turnover and convenience, but the food delivers.

Disappointing. Came late afternoon after seeing their avocado beef tartare on the menu. Ordered a half bottle of wine, and the waiter insisted I take a more expensive choice. Followed his recommendation. Ordered the tartare, and once again the waiter tried to upsell me to a completely different dish at twice the cost. Declined. Got some flat water extra, which came in a refillable glass bottle with the restaurant's logo on it. Of course they charged 3.5 euros for this tap water. Got the wine, which was good, but no better than the Chianti I originally requested Got the tartare, and it was very bland, and tasteless. There were lines of some kind of seasoning which may have been a sauce a long time ago, but by the time it reached me had petrified to a rock-like consistency. Realized it was the same consistency as the leftover crusty food from the previous customer that got baked on the knife given to me. The spot is nice, the service appears polite and courteous, but the food was very subpar and overpriced, and I left feeling like I should go get food poisoning medicine ASAP. Not recommended.

The restaurant is cosy and cute, the atmosphere is lovely, located on a cobblestone street lined with shops and other restaurants. It was bustling and busy and i thoroughly enjoyed that. In terms of food, it was mediocre. l ordered a pizza (€13), it was soggy and wet, shown in the photo. The moment i picked it up all the toppings slid off. I travelled Italy for over a month, and I’ve had much better pizza elsewhere. But considering that this restaurant is located in a very touristy area, I am not surprised. Also, I do think that maybe their other dishes would be better! I walked past a girl that was eating truffle pasta, and it smelled amazing. The cover charge was €3.50 per person, which is quite expensive considering how we were not given any bread, olive oil, or even salt and pepper. The service was also somewhat below average. The cocktails were good though! I would specifically recommend the strawberry (fragola) one.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. We were treated terribly here. First of all, they seated our party of 5 at the very end of the patio right next to the dirty napkin bin and away from the servers to be easily forgotten even though there were plenty of large, open tables in the middle of the patio.

Once seated, we weren't asked by anyone if we would like water or bread or any drink for that matter. The server didn't come to our table to take our drink or dinner order for at least 30 minutes.

The waiter eventually came to our table to take our order and we waited again, with no drink or bread for another 30-40 minutes until our food arrived and only one member of our party received their dish. The rest our party waited 20 more minutes before the rest of the meals were served. Once all the dinners were served, mine arrived cold.

Once we were finished with our meal, we asked for some water after we got the attention of a waiter that never came to check on us the whole time (I'm pretty sure we weren't even assigned a waiter). The waiter ended up bringing us our water 20 minutes later in an old bottle we were certain was tap water with a broken seal after we received our check and we were charged the euros for the water.

On the check, they were charging us a cover which we weren't made aware of before and they charged us for an additional person. Once we made the waiter aware of this, he rudely tried to fix it but we are sure he was trying to scam us by writing a large amount in the tip section himself. We asked the manager for another check and were met with confused stares and a head nod.

To summarize, our food was good but the way it was served was terrible and the staff made us feel unwelcomed and unwanted and that was the most...
