Superb experience. The appetisers were great. We had the beef tartar. Chunky well seasoned, very fresh beef. Pastas were creative and contemporary, not in an overwhelming way though. They did hold their flavours along with their uniqueness. The curator of these pastas has done a great great job. We tried the Milanese pasta with bone marrow, the chilli garlic with octopus, the raw shrimp with tomato, all of them were top notch. I loved, loved the design of this place. The colours were green, grey and chestnut. Hell of a modern yet so stylish. Incredibly designed. What a great vibe this place has. Not to mention my Negroni. Was soooo balanced. It was zesty and subliminal bittersweet notes. We also loved the tart tatin. One of the must go places in Milan. ✌️✌️

I was very looking forward to visiting the place as I heard of the pasta was really good. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was very cozy. The wine list was extensive which is great. I ordered the tasting pasta menu which I chose the pumpkin tortellini, shrimp with mini pasta and carbonara. The first two pasta were okay in terms of appearance and taste. But I was so disappointed with the carbonara. I love pasta Al DENTE but the one served to me was too hard and not nicely cooked. (Photo attached for reference , you could see the centre one with the white line ) . I had four pieces and all were still white inside .

Dîner à 2, 4€ le couvert par personne et l’eau plate est directement imposée en bouteille sans nous demander, et renouvelée à peine la bouteille finie, on était donc déjà à 16€. 2 menu de 3 pâtes : le deuxième plat était composé de 2 curlugione donc en 12 secondes c’était fini. Les pâtes sont vraiment très bonnes, mention spéciale pour les olia squid, absolument rien à redire gustativement. Énormément d’attente pour avoir la carte une fois installé, avoir les boissons, et entre les plats, et nous sommes allés directement payé au comptoir car personne ne nous apportait l’addition. Au final sans entrée et juste avec les pâtes sans dessert, nous sommes restés 1h45 à table, ce qui est vraiment excessivement long. L’alcool est deux fois plus cher qu’ailleurs (12 le verre de vin et 12€ le negroni) 102€ pour 2 verres et deux menus 3 pâtes dont 1 plat minuscule : ce dîner était franchement excessif.

Potenzialmente buono, ma pecca nei dettagli.

Siamo arrivati da Exit dopo le ottime esperienze avute da Contraste, che condivide con questo ristorante le origini.

Il locale è disegnato molto bene, valorizzando gli alti soffitti e le ampie aperture vetrate. Bene la paletta di colori e di finiture.

Il menu, a pranzo il sabato, è breve -una qualità- e popolato di scelte interessanti e saporite.

L'esperienza è povera sul fronte qualità soft dell'ambiente. Abbiamo misurato 3600lx di luce sulle tovaglie bianchissime, che ci hanno abbagliato ininterrottamente. Il tempo di riverbero è lungo, a causa dell' abbondanza di superfici dure.

Nota a parte la familiarità del personale con gli animali domestici dei clienti. Per nessuna ragione, il contatto tra camerieri e animali è ammissibile. Non si può giocare col cane e poi servire i piatti.

Abbiamo sorpreso gli animali con zampe e muso sul tavolo.
