Came for drinks and aperitivo, everything was great until the bill arrived. The bill we received was 88 euros, which we thought was a bit much for what we ordered (knowing what the prices for what we ordered were). We gave the waiter 90 euros and he left to bring us our change. Once he left, we checked the bill and noticed that a couple of things that we had not ordered were added onto the bill. The waiter then came to us and asked if there was something wrong with the bill and when we pointed this out to him, he took the bill and went inside. He came back with 10 euros change and simply said "here you go". We then asked him if we could see the bill again and he disappeared for 10 minutes. He then came back with a new bill that now said 60 euros and our change. This bill still had one beer added to it that we didn't have, however, we were already tired of this mess and wanted to leave as soon as possible. The waiter did not even apologize and looked annoyed that we wanted to see the bill. Such a shame because we had a good time and thought the food and cocktails...
Read moreAfter going along the Navigli and trying to figure which bar should I sit in, I chose this place because it was the least crowded among the places who had good ratings on Google.
The location was fine, I sat outside on a small table during the evening for about an hour. Maybe my expectations were too high, but during the whole time there wasn't any special vibe compared to other places I saw earlier.
I ordered an Aperol Spritz which was OK, and came with Aperitivo that included crisps, olives, sliced vegetables with sauce & peanuts. The price was fair, the drink was effective and the Aperitivo was filling.
The guy who served me seemed too serious towards me. Some people who sat there after I already ordered, received their orders before me which wasn't cool. It might have been a coincidence, but since the place wasn't crowded then this was noticeable.
Overall it was a good experience, but the bottom line is that this is "one out of many" bars...
Read more2 tier service system here. Staff too busy chatting to do their job and serve so i did it for them and ordered at the bar as i wanted a drink, not to die from thirst. Ordered a Limoncello Spritz and Messina beer, which i even took to my table like the big girl i am. But because i DARED to order myself and not use the useless wait staff we get punished by receiving no tapas, whilst everyone around us does. And extortionate prices! Its aperitivo hour whilst there (today) but yet we get charged €18 for a beer and spritz!?! I dont think so some how. If you want sloppy service, by all means go there, if you think you deserve better.... choose ANY OTHER BAR from the countless other...
