Fujiyama sushibox — Restaurant in Milan

We visited this place for poké and it was amazing! I love their concept of menu, where you can choose all ingredients to your bowl! There were lot of options and i think that everyone can built his ideal bowl. Preparation was very quick, the poké bowl was full of totally fresh and tasty ingredients with yummy sauces ♡ i love it, and i also appreciate the crew - even if they didn't understand english very well, they did a lot to help us with our choice and explained everything. Il miglior salmone che abbia mangiato ad un sushi-pokè! Il ragazzo è da solo e gestisce tutto lui. Cucina benissimo e mostra molta cura ad ogni prodotto che esce dalla sua cucina, si vede che ci mette molto impegno. Abbiamo preso il sushi ed era veramente squisito..e posso ammettere senza problemi che come qualità del pesce era la migliore di tanti sushi che ho mangiato. Il wasabi è vero! Non a cremina preconfezionata..lo fa lui stesso con la radice e il sapore è come dovrebbe essere, meno forte e piu' gustoso.

Ho letto le altre recensioni e per chi si è lamentato che non accetta carte non è vero, probabilmente a suo tempo aveva appena aperto e non si era organizzato per tempo con il pos che è presente, infatti ho pagato con carta.

Per quanto riguarda i tempi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema, anzi è stato molto gentile a portarci per tempo i piatti uno dopo l'altro.

Consiglio vivamente le tartare di salmone e tonno, l'avocado e il mango erano squisiti, spero veramente che questo ragazzo vada avanti con successo!

Ci torno sicuro e voglio provare anche la pokè dove la quantità di ingredienti è notevole ma sopratutto è presente anche il manzo come proteina e tanto altro..

Il locale è piccolo e non aspettatevi un ristorante, è piu' una locanda ma comunque molto pulito e...
