What can I say more than "it was perfection" ?

Sandwiches, Toasts, everything here is very generous, prices are more than correct based on food quality. Every products are fresh and visible behind the counter, you see the chef preparing the sandwiches right in front of you, it's a good mark of quality and freshness. Also, all the products origins can be found on the menu and are local, which, on an ecological aspect, gives them a good mark.

Recipes and very good, balanced. You can have sweetness, salt, "greasyness" (nothing bad, au contraire, only the appreciable and comforting aspect of cheese or charcuterie), sourness, punch and delicacy, everything in the same final product.

All in all, it really deserves the "gourmet" name, their sandwiches are more complexe they seem to be.

Staff is very polite, professional, smiley.

The place is not big, it's a cosy restaurant and, For me, it's what makes it even more charming. It gives an intimate atmosphere, something precious.
