Il Priscio — Restaurant in Milan

We went to Il Priscio for dinner on a Sunday night. We arrived and we were promptly accommodated. Environment is nice and cozy, typical popular Italian music was playing in the background. We ordered two Panzerotti, two pizzas, a beer and a glass of red wine. Although the waiter didn't speak English we got to communicate well, he was really attentive and friendly. The Panzerotti (Crudo e Buffala €6 and Murgese €4,50) came really fast and were simply amazing, so far the best meal we had in Milan! Our pizzas (In Fiori €12 and Golosa €10) came around thirty minutes later and for our surprise they were not as good as the panzerotti, they were OK, the broccoli tasted really bitter, more than usual and even the raisins were not enough to balance the taste, that was rather frustrating. As other reviewers have already noticed, this restaurant tries to take advantage of its guests. We have been to the restaurant twice in the last six months and both times we were served dishes that we did not order. When we pointed out that we had not ordered these dishes, the waiter became rude and told us that we had ordered them - which of course was not true. Scrivo con dispiacere perchè ci ho portato amici che non ci erano mai stati, certa di fare bella figura e invece è andato tutto malissimo: appena accomodati la signora (suppongo la titolare), vedendo il gruppo numeroso insisteva nel farci prendere bevande e bruschette che non desideravamo e al nostro gentile rifiuto si è stizzita. Un mio amico ha chiesto del pane per accompagnare la parmigiana ordinata, e sono arrivate delle schiacciate che abbiamo inteso fossero le stesse a sostituire il pane e invece erano parte del tagliere ordinato da un paio di altri nostri commensali, questo ha creato non poca confusione soprattutto al momento del conto, ma ci torneremo dopo. Un altro nostro amico ha ordinato in un secondo momento una parmigiana e dopo aver aspettato tantissimo, abbiamo fatto presente che non fosse ancora arrivata e vien fuori che non l'avevano nemmeno segnata..quindi non era mai arrivata la comanda in cucina! Abbiamo nuovamente aspettato il tempo giusto che ci vuole per la preparazione e alla fine è arrivata, senza scuse da parte di nessuno. Sono cose che capitano sicuramente, ma almeno delle scuse per la svista sarebbero state di certo gradite. Ma arriviamo al momento del pagamento: facciamo tutti pagamenti separati, ma inizialmente, non si capisce per quale motivo, una delle nostre amiche ha praticamente pagato un'ordinazione in più oltre a quella sua, e dopo esserci accorti che c'era qualcosa che non ci tornava nei conti tre di noi sono rientrati per discuterne con loro e venirne a capo, e dopo un'altra mezz ora infinita si è capito l'errore e risolto.
