Margy Burger Milano — Restaurant in Milan

My friend and I both ordered the Pomodoro Mozzarella and were overcharged by €2 each. When we noticed on the receipt and went to ask about it, the staff became extremely rude and said it was a mistake on the menu, and that the menu had just been changed yesterday (which is not true, the menu has been the same for months based on google photos😂). They initially refused to pay back the difference and instead offered a refund and no sandwich. So I said no it’s fine, don’t worry about it, we’ll keep the sandwich. I took a photo of the menu to show my friends and at this point the staff basically lost the plot. NEVER in my life have I been yelled at by a restaurant employee (or anyone!) like this. This lady stood at our table yelling for a good 10 minutes while we tried to calm her down and reassure her that it was fine, we were sorry for saying anything! It was super weird and uncomfortable. I couldn’t help but laugh because it was such a bizarre scenario and unfortunately this just made her even more upset 😅. (I did apologise for laughing but I’ve never been yelled at by staff before and it was so awkward!)

5 minutes after this the manager came over and quite literally slammed our ‘refund’ on the table without saying a word. It was extremely aggressive and in all honestly scared me a bit. I thought she was going to rip the sandwich out of my hand?! All of the other customers around were wondering what on earth was going on. It was very strange as I had thought we were asking quite a reasonable request!

Anyway at first I was going to give them the benefit of doubt and not leave a review, (although the way they treated us was appalling) but after seeing that their menu has been the same for months, I’m now pretty sure it’s a scam😂.

It made for an interesting lunch but if you enjoy not being ripped off, and not being yelled at by angry Italian women,...

Nunca me he comido una hamburguesa tan mala en mi vida ni he sentido tan mala atención en ningún restaurante de Italia como lo sentí en este, la señora primero no quería dejarme entrar al baño porque era solo para clientes…. Cuando yo soy una cliente, luego le pedimos unas hamburguesas y estoy segura que me trajo algo que no pedí ya que la hamburguesa que pedí tenía tocino y lo que me trajo pues … un pan duro y malo, una mayonesa mala, una carne diminuta que parece de las congeladas , cero vale la pena, lo peor que he probado en todo Italia, de haber sabido mejor cenaba en un mc donalds

Non ho mai mangiato un hamburger così cattivo in vita mia né ho sentito un servizio così pessimo in nessun ristorante in Italia come in questo, la signora prima non voleva farmi entrare nel bagno perché era solo per i clienti… . Quando sono cliente, poi gli chiediamo degli hamburger e sono sicuro che mi ha portato qualcosa che non avevo chiesto visto che l'hamburger che ho ordinato aveva del bacon e quello che mi ha portato... un panino duro e cattivo, un maionese pessima, una carne minuscola che sembra quella congelata, non ne vale la pena, la cosa peggiore che ho mangiato in tutta Italia, se avessi saputo meglio avrei cenato in un McDonald's

I have never eaten such a bad hamburger in my life nor have I felt such bad service in any restaurant in Italy as I did in this one, the lady first didn't want to let me enter the bathroom because it was only for customers…. When I am a customer, then we ask him for some hamburgers and I am sure that he brought me something that I did not ask for since the hamburger I ordered had bacon and what he brought me... a hard and bad bun, a bad mayonnaise, a tiny meat that It looks like the frozen ones, it's not worth it, the worst thing I've had in all of Italy, if I'd known better I'd have dinner at...

We stopped by needing to use the restroom urgently while walking in Milan. We politely asked if we could use the toilet in a place serving burgers, sandwiches, and drinks. The response was a cold, unfriendly "for customers only." Fair enough — so we decided to sit down and order something. We were shown a table and placed our order. Despite the place being far from full, the waiter with an extremely rude attitude told us we could only stay for 10 minutes if we were just having drinks. Unwelcoming, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. I do not recommend this...
