La Cristalleria — Restaurant in Milan

Been here today for lunch. Had the flagship “Premium Patanegra”.

The sandwich is really good, the ham is of really good quality even if mine was slightly on the dry side, kinda of understandable as they are probably cutting it well before to provide a fast service.

The bread is good, definitely something that matches the ham. I wasn’t personally impressed of it but again is good, no discussion about it.

The service was outstanding especially if we consider that there was a single lady behind the counter going over and above the extra mile and one maybe two guys in the back.

The location is quite disappointing. Little, uncomfortable and with three table outside. I assume is a starting point, one day they will need a larger and better spot.

Finale note. The quality of the products is very high, the quantity too is on the large side so the prices are more...

Amazing Sandwich Spot. Today I visited this sandwich place, and I was genuinely impressed!

The quality of the ingredients was top-notch. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I ordered the house special, and it was absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of textures and seasoning.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Portions were generous, and the prices were fair for the quality you get.

Avevo visto questa panineria in televisione nella trasmissione Foodish di Joe Bastianich e mi aveva incuriosito molto. Oggi passeggiando attorno a Via Sarpi a Milano, io e mia moglie abbiamo preso una traversa ed io ho riconosciuto il locale ed anche se dovevamo mangiare altrove, abbiamo deciso di fermarci e provare i Famosi Panini di Cristallo. Abbiamo compartito, facendoci tagliare in 2 i panini, il PATANCHEGO con prosciutto Patanegra Joselito, formaggio Machego 12 mesi ed olio evo, poi il MANGATELLA con mortadella, stracciatella, pistacchi, olio e basilico. Il primo morso è stato una delle esperienze più incredibili della nostra vita... pazzesco il crunch rumorosissimo e quasi imbarazzante, con una consistenza morbida per la sottile mollica ed il ripieno... una croccantezza che non lesiona le gengive come da nostre passate esperienze...

Pane veramente UNICO, mai provato una qualità così elevata, unita alla qualità Altissima degli ingredienti, dosati alla perfezione.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità della ragazza che ci ha accolto è veramete introvabile ultimamente... sorridente, disponibile ed affabile.

Il Miglior Panino di Milano. Ebbene Sì.
