Las Muns — Restaurant in Milan

What an absolutely wonderful find in Milano. Great empanadas, atmosphere, music and the owner was simply great too. Theres not great seating (5 bar stool seats), but plenty of room to stop in for a quick snack. We got the beef empanada, Thai chicken, and both the vegan ones. They were all amazing. Recommend getting the chimichurri sauce!!!!

The vegan cheeseburger one had a distinct soy meat flavour, which I love but know some don’t. The vegan pumpkin one is alternatively more of a vegetable based one.

I just tried my first Las Muns, it was a mushroom and camembert filling, the empanada itself was light and the filling is rich and flavourful. It’s great for an on the go snack or quick morning breakfast!

Absolute gem in Milan close to Duomo. Fantastic vegan options: the cheeseburger and chocobanana empanadas were my favourites. Takeaway or some seating with plugs available. Gonzalo the owner is one of the friendliest, kindest people. He also speaks English, Spanish, Italian (and some German) so ordering is easy. I ordered extra to take home at the end of my trip.
