LE COLONNE GELATI & CREPES FAMOSE® — Restaurant in Milan

It's not easy for Colonne GELATERIA to become more famous because very close to it is Grom (very successful brand in Italia and almost tralvellers satisfy when they see it first) but for me, Colonne is deserved and high recommended for you to walk more some steps and try Gelato served with hot Crepes. Mascapone is my favourite but sometimes they don't sell this flavor, I asked the staffs but didn't receive the satisfied answer. Finally I got the reason when I studied about Gelato: Mascapone gelato needs a big mount of mascapone cheese to reach the good taste, if less it's very weak. So everytime they decide to sell Mascapone, it means they have good quality of that gelato or they are in the generous period. Non mangio gelati alla frutta perché generalmente hanno un sapore artefatto che non mi piace. Il mango e i frutti di bosco di questa gelateria sono spettacolari.Le creme non sono da meno, in special modo il cioccolato al latte. Parlo dei miei gusti, delle mie preferenze e di quello che mi piace e non mi piace e, con buona pace sua e di chi legge queste mie, valuto secondo il mio metro e non il suo o quello di chiunque altro. Pertanto sollecitare valutazioni più alte é perlomeno scorretto oltreché inutile dato che non cambierò certo idea perché lei scrive che gradisce ricevere più stelle. Anzi! Wide selection of fruit flavors for their gelato, that I haven't been able to find in other gelaterie in Milan or Italy (e.g. green apple, fig, strawberry). The gelato itself was excellent - creamy but still refreshing. The service was also excellent; very friendly. I'll definitely go back to try their chocolate and nut flavors, as well as their crepes and granite.

Out of the 7 or 8 gelaterie I've tried in Milan, this would probably be the best - better than Ciacco and miles...
