Bad and poor service, when I asked if they had anything vegan the waitress said no, I asked if there was milk in the plain focaccia and pizza rossa that I saw in the display and she replied yes without even offer to look at the ingredients list ( which is mandatory by law) she replied that only the toast was vegan, so I asked what was in it and she offered me a ham and cheese or veggies and cheese.... Then I understood that she didn't even knew was vegan meant. I ordered a beer and when I paid I asked at the register if there was any milk, eggs or pig fat in the doughs (which would be quote strange in pizza or focaccia) she replied smiling and a little embarrassed that she didn't knew....a part from the first waitress being kind of rude I think that is important to train and require your employees to know the ingredients of what you're selling...

This bakery in Milano is a franchise from Venezia (there are 3 outlets there) and for me it's totally out of character to give high score for a franchise. However, I like the fact that you can see a bloke at the back rolling out pizzas and if you lucky you will walk in as a huge, fresh and still steaming pizza is being brought out - you get that one of course! For breakfast they have many standad options as well as typical milanese breakfast of brioche (croissant as its better known in Anglo-Saxon world), juice and coffee. Coffee and a large slice of pizza cost €5.20. Its openned until 22.30 and in the evenings you also have an option of 'happy hour'. Don't get confused with the happy hour of cheaper drinks. Happy hour in Italy means a drink and all you can eat nibbles. Here it will cost you €10. Not a bad option if you are not for fine...

The first time i was in farini was in venizia 2018. As much as i liked the place and the service i was amazed and impressed with every little detail and i said to myself the next time i visit italy i will see if there is one somewhere else out of venizia. Taday i was in milano i lokked for farini milano and o was disppointed The service was really bad they dont give you the time to choose and they keep talking to each other and looking at you and laughing. A waitress was extremly rude to the customor and she was screaming just because the woman didnt know where can she order the food. It was a big deception even the food want that good. Anyone knows the big variety of feeod in italy but there are adresses that stay in our memories. I hope that farini will make a better impression in milano and make a better stuff that respect...

This is a bakery chain store that has branches across Italy, including several in Milan. I visited the store in Ticinese neighborhood. The place wasn't crowded and once I paid the guy who served me warmed the pizza a little bit. If you buy a pizza from the display, I recommend you ask them to do that. I enjoyed the combination of the toppings, but once they cut it into four pieces, it felt that there were more dough and fewer toppings (there wasn't much cheese on any of them) so they could have been more generous with it. It isn't expensive, but the value for money here is less attractive than in other places where you can have a normal rounded pizza. If the prices were a little cheaper (let's say 1-2 euros / 20% less per item) I would buy much more. Overall, It is a nice location, they serve tasty pizza, and I am glad I tried it.

This place is a ridiculous tourist trap. When I asked the male employee who served my Campari spritz without ice, he said there was no ice. I've been living in Milan for a year and I've never seen a spritz without ice. When I went to the female employee who came to his place 5 minutes later and told her she brought ice from a huge bucket of ice at the back room?! My only guess is either the employees are too lazy to do their jobs properly, or they are being racist and ignore you because you don't speak Italian. By the way, the spritz is 10€ and there are other places in the area that sell for 5€, so I will never visit this place again and won't recommend it to anyone. The pizza was average, the focaccia was dry and tasteless. The prices are high for the service provided, and the seating area is uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with customer service at Farini. After finding a table where to sit, as no one helped us to do so, we approached a waitress to ask if we could order. In return the lady rolled her eyes, and after another 10-15 mins our order was taken (the place wasn’t busy and we were willing to wait at that time). Later on we had to wait for our food for an hour and also had to approach another waiter to double check our food. The water we ordered was never delivered to us. The food brought to our table was cold and very unpleasant to even look at. I believe this place is a very lovely coffee shop in Milan, but our visit made us feel like we will never come back, as no one wants to receive that type of service.
