Le Cotolette — Restaurant in Milan

I have been disappointed by the quality of the food. There were a lot of options about cotoletta but quality was not satisfying. Starting from the fact that they use pork meat for cotoletta where the traditional cotoletta is made with beef meat. You can opt for beef with an 8€ extra, which is more than half of the pork based price. I took traditional cotoletta alla Milanese (15€ with pork meat and 23€ with beef). My cotoletta was cooked before ordering. I can tell this because my cotoletta was warmed before serving, it wasn't oily and the meat was too hard. To be honest, the restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food it serves. Location was cool but you cannot serve bad...

The basic Cotolette starts at 10€ with the option to add Risotto alla Milanese (+4€). Then, there are other “toppings” and complements you can add to the Cotolette. During Weekends, prices increase up to 15€ the basic Cotolette.

I’d recommend to try the Tirolese Cotolette with Risotto and Grilled Vegetables. (See picture, price starts from 17€ +4€ on Sundays)

– Ristorante. Posizione: in Corso Garibaldi, bella via centrale a due passi dal "Piccolo Teatro Strehler", ottima zona, 5 stelle. Parcheggio: assolutamente scarso però a Milano non si può pretendere di venire in centro in auto, 2 stelle. Personale: educato ma non molto cortese, anzi sembra quasi che non gli faccia piacere avere gente intorno, 1 stella. Ambiente: informale, ma con i tavoli troppo vicini uno all’altro, 2 stelle. Pulizia: nel locale normale: 3 stelle; in bagno, una vergogna, pessima pulizia: 1 stella ma solo perchè non posso darne 0; Coperto: il coperto costa € 2,5 ma di pane neanche l'ombra: 1 stella. Quantità del cibo: porzioni abbondanti, 4 stelle. Qualità del cibo: nota dolente, sinceramente credo che i piatti fossero pronti dal pomeriggio e riscaldati velocemente per portarli in tavola anche perché non si può ordinare due cotolette alla milanese, una di pollo e l'altra di suino, con anche delle verdure grigliate e del risotto alla milanese di contorno e vederselo portare in tavola dopo neanche 5 minuti dall’ordinazione; inoltre le cotolette erano abbastanza dure e il riso stracotto.
