MEZCA — Restaurant in Milan

We ordered steak and chicken fajitas. They gave us shrimp. When we asked for it to be fixed. They said they had no steak only chicken. They refused to remake our food. The manager was a blatant liar. Actually accused us of ordering something and changing our mind on. I don’t eat shrimp. Never have. He accused us multiple times Of this saying we ordered shrimp. Chamirones and pollo y bistec are massively different words. And meanings. We asked three Times if it was chicken and steak. They assured us it was . It wasn’t. They than threatened to call the police because we wouldnt leave without the situation being rectified. This is some of the most worst, horrible, clown service we have ever experienced and I hope the bald manager there tonight loses his job for being a disrespectful person. Waited 45 minutes for food that can’t be eaten. Don’t come here. Food did not...

We used to go occasionally - mostly for the atmosphere. It is close to our house so quite convenient. The food is pricey and mediocre at best, portions are on the small-ish side. Service is not consistent, the first time we went last fall, we had a brilliant waiter, but that was the first and the only time.
