Mi-Ramen Bistro — Restaurant in Milan

THIS IS BEAUTIFUL RAMEN. We are from Australia and searched trip advisor for Ramen recommendations and we were not disappointed. We both had the Deluxe Spicy Ramen and it was AMAZING. Sono stato in questo ristorante a cena, a prima vista può sembrare sia chiuso poiché ha i vetri oscurati e le luci all' interno sono molto soffuse. Locale piccolo, dal look minimal e curato, ottima la selezione musicale. Venendo alla cena vera e propria, ho ordinato i gyoza vegani, molto buoni soprattutto con la loro salsa di soia, molto più gustosa rispetto al solito (ma forse perché da altre parti la annacquano). Il Ramen: sono stato in Giappone e ho praticamente mangiato solo quello. Ho preso la versione "Tonkotsu Deluxe" (se non siete veg quello più consigliato, altrimenti esiste la variante vegana) e non mi ha deluso. Di tutti i ristoranti di ramen a Milano questo è quello che più si avvicina in assoluto al gusto di quello fatto in Giappone, brodo denso e gustoso, carne preparata secondo tradizione e cosa più importante: la pasta, perfetta e fatta in casa, identica in tutto e per tutto a quella servita nei tradizionali ristoranti giapponesi e non la pasta preconfezionata che mi hanno propinato in tutti gli altri ristoranti della città. Insomma, soddisfatto in maniera totale, consigliatissimo, più di ogni altro. Da notare i prezzi sotto la media (max 12.50 per il ramen, contro il minimo di 14/15 in ogni altro...

Delicious ramen! The waiting staff was very friendly and the interior is very clean and modern, with enough seating space but it still never feels crowded. The ramen was truly delicious and so was the green tea. They also have desserts that I haven't tried on this occasion but it's definitely good enough that it makes you want to go back and try all the ramen they have...
