Minerale Milano è un locale dall’atmosfera accattivante, caratterizzato da un ambiente curato e un suggestivo gioco di luci soffuse che contribuiscono a creare un’aria intima e rilassata. Si propone come un’enoteca con un’ampia selezione di vini, un aspetto che rappresenta sicuramente uno dei suoi punti di forza.

Tuttavia, l’esperienza complessiva non è risultata all’altezza delle aspettative. Il servizio, elemento fondamentale per la riuscita di una serata piacevole, è stato deludente. L’accoglienza è apparsa fredda e poco calorosa, un dettaglio che ha stonato con l’atmosfera che il locale vuole trasmettere. Inoltre, il ragazzo che ha preso la nostra ordinazione sembrava visibilmente controvoglia, quasi infastidito nell’ascoltarci. Mentre eravamo intenti a scegliere, ci ha interrotti sostenendo che avevamo già ordinato abbastanza, cosa che abbiamo trovato poco professionale. Avevamo inizialmente selezionato tre piattini, ma, date le porzioni ridotte, non ci siamo sentiti sazi. Per questo motivo, abbiamo aggiunto altre portate anche per poter scoprire meglio la proposta del locale.

Per quanto riguarda il cibo, l’unico piatto che merita di essere segnalato è stato lo spiedino di polpo accompagnato dal suo fondo: ben preparato e con un gusto pieno. Il resto del menù, però, non ha lasciato un’impressione positiva. I sapori erano poco incisivi e la presentazione, pur seguendo lo stile “hipster” tanto in voga, non ha aggiunto nulla di speciale. Una particolare delusione sono stati gli shokupan e il katsusando, dove il pane risultava secco e duro ai bordi, dando l’impressione di non essere fresco. Inoltre, i piatti in generale erano molto asciutti e privi di gusto. Forse le nostre aspettative erano troppo alte. In conclusione, Minerale Milano dà l’idea di essere un locale che si concentra piu sull’immagine e la comunicazione che sulla sostanza. Nonostante l’atmosfera piacevole e una discreta selezione di vini, la qualità della proposta culinaria e il servizio necessitano di maggiore attenzione. Non è un’esperienza che consiglierei al momento, ma il locale ha sicuramente il potenziale per migliorare, soprattutto lavorando su accoglienza e cura...

Super disappointed. We booked a table at 9:45 pm and, by mistake, they gave our table to another group. We had to wait for almost an hour. The owner didn’t make any effort to move / reposition the tables. All the waiters were trying to do their best but the owner had a very rude attitude and kept screaming at the waiters in front of us. The kitchen closed at 10:45 so, when we asked for dessert, they told us that it wasn’t possible anymore. When we complained to the owner he said it was OUR FAULT for not asking everything in advance. We booked the at 8.30pm. We had food and a lot cocktails. At 11 the girl came telling we needed to leave in 10 min bc there were other reservations. But when I checked online there is no possibility to make reservation after 9.45pm.. which was odd. Not did the person suggested we could have more drinks at the bar. I did mention this feedback back..she couldn’t reply. I went outside and waited 10 minutes… my table was still empty..which means there was no other booking..hence no reason to leave in 10 min.
