Sadly, we left before our full meal. Understaffed, service people with bad attitudes and shameful behavior for treating us the way they did. Pretty place but it felt like we were ignored by the staff. Three tables around who came in after us, received their food and finished before we received ours. Had to ask the wait staff twice where our order was. We felt punished for being AMERICANS…. We asked for our appetizer to go and they acted like they did not understand….never got it … think they threw it away. I know it must be difficult to have a restaurant full with patrons and only two people to take care of everyone but there was not a hostess or a manager on site to help deflect this situation. Read moreWe had great dinner at this osteria… for start we eat tuna tartare with stracciatella (it was nice but it was missing some acid from caper or else for my taste), arthicoke salad with parmesane and russian salad. The Nanin risotto which was a bit overcooked so would rate hih 7/10, and cacio e pepe with tuna tartare and some kind of carbonara gnocchi which was also good. Interior is good, staff suuuuper polite and welcoming, nice drink card… unfortunetly we didn’t try any desserts (even they were “on the house” )since we were full, but they look very promissing on IG page… we would go back...
