Pasticceria Anteri — Restaurant in Milan

This brightly lit cake shop caught our eye as we were dragging our luggage to our accommodation nearby. Tired, we decided to stop by for breakfast figuring if we were going to get ripped off for our food, at least can sit in a nice cafe doing it. After a getting past our funny language barriers (the ladies behind the counter spoke a little English), we had selected the wrap, a pistachio croissant and an espresso. "€6" said the lady. "Did she mean 16?”, I thought I had misheard. This was the cheapest meal I've had in Europe and it looks better than most places! The pistachio croissant with pistachio cream was sweet and nutty, the wrap was toasted to an even temperature, espresso was black and strong. The next day we came back and the same smiling lady recognised us. We had even more this time. "€10" We were only so happy to pay. Some might say €10 is alot but considering we had a sandwich and an espresso at Centrale FS after our first meal and that was near €18! Great service, nice interior to just sit and watch...

This place is a scam. The prices are outragious. The quality is just avarage. Plus the do not release any receip, which is illegal, by italian law. They target foreign tourist, by offering full english breakfast, since there are many hotels in the area, and of course they do not release any fiscal receipt. Do yourself a favour do not come here, just go in the nearby bar and have your breakfast and panino there,. In case you eat there ask for a scontrino (the...

Alle volte penso di essere troppo esigente io... Poi leggo i commenti e mi rincuoro. Ore 16 di oggi... Lato panetteria erano presenti 4/5 persone (erano insieme) che venivano servite dalla signora. Mentre lato bar c'erano due ragazzi che venivano serviti da un signore.

Entriamo io e un amico e il signore era in panico. "Per favore aspettate un attimo. C'è troppa gente. Bisogna fare veloce." Ci chiede tre volte cosa vogliamo senza poi effettivamente capire e ci serve (due caffè di cui uno macchiato). Lo bevo amaro come mia consuetudine. Poco sopra all'acqua sporca.

Intanto che degustiamo il signore al banco se la gode coi due ragazzi serviti in precedenza e fai il brillantone.

Per pagare non si ricordava manco che cosa avessimo preso. Dà il resto senza manco capire che gli stessi dando la moneta per fare cifra tonda. Non batte scontrino. Ci liquida velocemente perché continua la tiritera che è un momento pieno di gente e non può stare troppo.

Usciamo salutando senza ricevere risposta. Mentre codesto signore tornava con gli occhi a cuoricino dai due ragazzi e faceva pure il brillante registrando un messaggio vocale col telefono di uno dei due.

Nel tuo locale puoi fare ciò che vuoi, ma trattare due clienti come due fastidi perché hai altri due clienti che ti fanno brillare gli occhi anche no.

Croce nera anche su questo bar. 1.10€ per un'acqua poco più buona della sporca. E poi la gentilezza...
