Was nice at first - the starter was lovely. We were then served pizzas which were nothing like our expectations or what was on the description. The two pizzas we ordered were not described as coming without tomato sauce, as others specifically were, but we got two pizzas with very thick cheese but no tomato sauce. One of the pizzas was supposed to come with 'chilli pepper' but came with a pathetic sprinkling of chilli flakes. We ate 1/4 each, hoping that we might like it eventually, but the taste was not good and they were not enjoyable at all. When we complained, the waiter either did not know enough English to understand the problem, or feigned ignorance about not knowing how to speak it when confronted about the pizzas. He pointed at them and announced "no sauce", even when we showed him the menu which did not suggest that these pizzas came without sauce. They wanted to give us another pizza, but after that first experience we did not want another and we just wanted to get on with our night. When we got the receipt, they still asked for the full price of the pizzas and even charged more for 1 of them than what the online menu they told us to look at said it was. We showed the waiter the menu which had a different price and just got another excuse. If the pizzas were anything like the pictures, it would have been a great experience, but sadly we were let down, then met with a brick wall when wanting to...

Two different experiences in this place: The first time I went with a group of friends. We had booked a table already and the service and the food was good. It was a little bit expensive because we order some starters that raised the price (around 22 € in total each with a beer). The second time we were two, we didn’t book a table so we went there. There was a little bit of queue but not much and they wrote our name. People continue coming and we were next to the guy so we don’t miss the call. However at some point we saw few people going to a table that came after us so we kindly ask the waiter, who said we didn’t reply for our name (quite sure he didn’t mention us). He told us to wait to minutes and we will sit and that’s how it was. The table was dirty and it took some time to clean it. We order to pizzas and after half a our one of the pizzas arrived, the other one ten minutes later. During all this time you could see waiters asking in each table because they didn’t know which pizzas were they serving. A completly disaster of communication and organization that we had to suffer. Both pizzas were good, but we couldn’t eat it at the same time. Food: good. Prices: fair....

It was certainly nice to find gluten-free pizza, but sadly it didn't taste a lot better than the storebought GF pizzas I reheat myself. It wasn't bad by any means, and it didn't have that characteristic gluten-free taste many others do, but I wouldn't buy it again, at least not for that price.

The staff were nice at first when we entered, but when we sat down in the outside area, the waiters kept making mistake after mistake. Nothing catastrophic, but little misses and clumsy things that made them seem impatient and sloppy. They weren't rude, but impolite and no-one ever stood still so we could order or know where to pay, etc. At first they messed up the order, and then gave med diet coke without asking whether that's what I wanted.

Thankfully though, there wasn't any music outside, and they treat celiacy seriously, with a complete, separate menu and a little sign (for the waiters, I guess), but then they had to ask about GF food anyway. What was the point of the sign? To make us feel special?

All in all, I had food but did no longer want to stay there for dessert. I would recommend my friends to look into other...

Incredible for gluten free and coeliacs and would recommend, dedicated gluten free menu. Was a bit of a trek from our accomodation, but so worthwhile and would do again. We ordered a gluten free pizza and calzone and both were amazing - couldn’t tell it was gluten free! Great portions, we couldn’t finish and took the leftovers for the next day. We arrived at opening and were seated and served promptly. One of the waiters randomly gave us a paper bag with bread in it while we were waiting for our order (which we think he had been snacking on at the start of the shift), no other customers appeared to be given a random bag of bread, and then a different server took it away when they cleared our plates, even though we took the pizza etc as leftovers - was a bit bizarre! Huge space and must be heaving in summer, but on a Tuesday night in January it was nice and mellow.
