Princi — Restaurant in Milan

I am frequently in Milan and this is my spot! I love the selection of pastries in the morning and the coffee. The fresh orange juice is a must try! The team is always so great and welcoming. The lines are long, but trust me, they move very fast. Don’t ask me how this 1 barista manages to move things like that, but they are extremely well trained!

Lunch? Ok, still go there! :) I love their pizza selections. I took my kids for a quick bite and everything we had was great!

Drinks in the late afternoon? Still, go there 😅… I am a true fan as you can see.

I go a couple of times a day when I am in Milan and I always stay near that area because of the options it provides.

I am not a Starbucks fan in general as the coffee is too sour for me, however, this place uses the Starbucks reserve coffee, which, I will admit, is really nice and smooth! This is a place more frequented by the locals! In the late afternoon, the place is crawling with young professionals from the area enjoying their after work catch up. I love the vibes in this place! Always on the right tune.

My only negative comment on this place is that they keep it quite warm in the summer. I am not sure the AC can keep up or if it is even on. I know that we can’t compare to the US as we are spoiled, so I am setting the expectation for my fellow visitors that you should still hang out and go there despite the warm interior at times.

It was obvious that one of the male waiters was a total racist. This afternoon, when my girlfriend and I had ordered and were sitting on the outdoor patio with dessert and coffee and surrounded by people, he rudely threw down two signs (reserved) only for our table and asked us to leave in 40 minutes, while no one else received this rude treatment. When I asked him why and communicated with him that I could stay and eat at a small table with my friends, he still rudely interrupted me and said something about Chinese people (sorry my Italian is not very good, I didn't understand here clearly), in short, I don't recommend anyone...

Allora sono venuta qua il 31 dicembre ed oggi il 2 gennaio: 2 gennaio dopo la buona impressione del 31 sono tornata; ho chiesto una centrifuga visto che nella cassa c’era una cesta con tutte le cose da centrifuga( carote sedano ecc), il barista dice che al momento non si può fare, quando mi sembra assurdo visto la cesta, chiedo per una spremuta e neanche ( no comment ) la spremuta penso che sia d’obbligo visto che c’è la parte della colazione con briosche e tutto come se fosse un bar; fatto sta cambio e dopo 10 min sento e vedo che un altra persona prende la centrifuga, razzismo o cosa ? Fa ridere non mi sono messa a discutere sulla cosa ma dopo questa da un 4 stelle del 31 passo ad un 2. Il 31 la mia opinione qua era alta; rapporto qualità prezzo buono, come un bistrot possiamo paragonarlo. Non c’è servizio al tavolo ma non è solo policy aziendale penso ed non mi ha dato fastidio come cosa. Sono venuta spesso ed è buono ed rilassante come posto, le cose al forno a pranzo come lasagne e melanzana parmigiana sono top come qualità prezzo ed anche atmosfera; ideale per studiare stare in intimità perché è molto grande e disperso musica alta quindi si può parlare di propri fatti senza aver paura di non essere discreti. Anche caffetteria buona devo dire cappuccio sulla media fatto bene ( non sempre lo si trova fatto bene ) e baristi molto cordiali e carini. Lavoratori tutti molto giovani e ambiente molto easy ma che non perde nello stesso tempo serietà . Lo consiglio proprio per chi lavora andare a pranzo anche colazione e aperitivo mi sono sempre trovata bene , aperitivo a volte le attese un po’ lunghe ma accettabile . Bhe da 4 stelle a 2 stelle in poche parole sono passata dal 31 al 2 in due gg di tempo x due esperienze diverse; oltre la centrifuga resto era ok ma dare una cosa che chiedo ad un altra persona dopo 10 min che la chiedo io ed a me mi si dice che non si può fare non...
