Poke House - CityLife — Restaurant in Milan

We tried for the first me and my boyfriend it was a good food but the place inside was too small to sit for and there weren’t have an air conditioner and we ask for drinks if they have a cold one and they haven’t have. It’s already summer and very hot people need to refresh though! Well they have a table outside too,I prefer to eat inside cause it’s too sunny and hot but it’s seems worst inside than outside! Staff were preparing foods was clean and presentable for client and kind too BUT the person whose in charge in cashier or payments was horrible, clothes was dirty. Well this person I talked about was a chubby man it’s seems like he was the one who give commands in the store or staffs ‘Im not sure ‘ . He prepare foods too but take note he doesn’t using any gloves while preparing foods then if someone need to pay he past to other staff what he was doing to continue then he goes to get the payments and get and touch the money and after that he get back for other customer to prefer their orders. Well ok every topping have their own serving spoons but when he need to put the crispy onion he used his own hands without washing his hands ! Sad to say food are good and delicious but what I saw doesn’t...

It's not allergy friendly at all. The food looks good and service is great but every sauce should have its ingredients listed underneath instead of the old "contains gluten" "contains soy" because guess what? Some people are allergic to things that are not gluten and soy and in that case it would be impossible for them, like it is for me, to order without risking their life

Updated 2/09/2020 The menu I was given had the allergens listed below. The problem is that listing only the twelve or so more "popular" allergens is not useful at all to someone who has a food allergy which involves an uncommon food, which is not included in those "common allergens". In my case I am allergic to rice and derivates, and eating ponzu sauce, which was advertised as only "containing soy" but probably contains rice vinegar (it can be used in some soy sauces) gave me a very strong reaction. I suggest listing all the ingredients so everyone...

Excellent fast but good food eatery. You choose a bowl size and then the staff fill it with greens and proteins as you move along the short counter. Last stop is to add sauces, two included in the small bowl I had, but you can ask for more. There are two table sans a two window counter stools to eat inside; which is cosy. And then a big covered space outside with heaters. Excellent...
