If I had never had ramen before, I'm sure their tonkotsu would be phenomenal. Unfortunately, I have. They offered chicken broth with the usual toppings and mediocre chashu as "tonkotsu." In Japanese, "ton" means pork, not chicken. No inkling of the 24-48 hour boiled pork bones was to be found. I would give the service a 2 or 3 stars, but then the waitress tried to convince me that "I ordered the wrong ramen," and that "they have 27 types of ramen, I should've ordered the miso, and anyways the tonkotsu is a very light ramen." In my experience, tonkotsu is a -very heavy- broth, so I can only assume that she had no idea what she was talking about.
