The worst pasta I’ve ever eaten. I’m not Italian, and I’m not good at cooking either, but even I can make much better pasta. It tastes bad and is overcooked.

I wanted to write another comment based on your response to my comment. I didn’t mention anything about seat selection. When we entered, without bothering to get up from your seat, you told us to sit at a table for five. As three people, we sat at the table for five however we wanted. Then you came over and rudely told us to sit at the head of the table. Since you hadn’t mentioned it earlier, there was no way for us to know that you would be seating other customers with us. Later, when a larger group of customers arrived, you asked us to move to another table, and we did. Yes, this shows that you are a rude person, but it wouldn’t have been a problem if you were able to cook well. I don’t need to be a cook to know that the pasta you made was overcooked. It’s enough for me to be someone who eats food. Instead of someone calling themselves a chef, I said I could cook it better to explain just how bad it was. It was so overcooked that it was mushy, not to mention the lack of flavour in the sauce. The only good thing was the sourdough bread served. It is sad that he tries to gaslight the negative comments with his arrogant responses, and not tries to understand the reality of the comments; that the very pasta he is proud to serve is really bad.
