ASPORTO Era OK! Onion rings (anelli di cipolla) e Chicken Tenders (pollo fritto) buoni, serviti in busta di carta con salse (maionese, ketchup, senape) e posate monouso con tovagliolo. Il servizio è stato gentile e piuttosto veloce. Ci era piaciuto, ma volevamo provare il servizio al tavolo, ed è stata una DELUSIONE…

Si suppone che i chicken tenders siano degli appetisers, per chi sarebbero dovuti arrivare all’inizio insieme agli onion rings, invece quando avevamo già finito il panino, le patatine e le ribs, I chicken tenders non erano ancora arrivati e li abbiamo dovuti supplicare due volte, con tanto di cameriere che ci ha riso in faccia dicendo “ancora non sono arrivate?”. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi le salse (solo ketchup e maionese disponibili al tavolo), ma la maionese era quasi finita, e quando ne abbiamo chiesta un’altra ce ne hanno portata un’altra finita, e come terza (dopo altra richiesta), finalmente un barattolo in cui ce n’era un po’ di più. Senza parole, avrebbero fatto meglio a portare dall’inizio il barattolo più pieno!

Difficoltà di comprensione sull’ordinazione con i camerieri, abbiamo dovuto chiedere le cose più volte. Sul servizio dovete davvero svegliarvi, anche se è domenica e c’è un sacco di gente per l’AYCE di ribs!

Bagno unico per uomini, donne e disabili. Water tutto sporco, a terra uno schifo indicibile. Innanzitutto dovrebbero esserci bagni separati, in secondo luogo non è accettabile che nessuno li pulisca periodicamente con un locale così pieno di gente.

I chicken tenders erano più croccanti da asporto, invece a seguito delle suppliche ce li hanno portati molli e inzuppati di olio. E le ribs sono arrivate già fredde: specialità della domenica?

So we booked a table for 8 initially but we added a few more people and forgot to notice them before which we apologised for doing so BUT the staffs treated us with hostility from the get go. Deliberately ignored us when trying to order. When we ordered drinks instead of explaining that there were only 2 sizes she gave us a DIRTY LOOK like literally no control of facial expressions and were very rude.
