Though I'm long time ON shoes fan, seems it's time to reconsider my attitude towards them...
The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
If you want to feel ignored, disrespected, and treated like you don’t matter – this is the place. From the very beginning, the so-called “consultant” Nikola made it obvious she couldn’t care less about helping us. We practically had to beg for her attention. After finally deciding on a pair of shoes, instead of assisting us properly, she casually brushed us off saying there were “more models downstairs” if we wanted to look. We checked, nothing fit, so we went back and asked to proceed with the pair we had chosen. Her response? “They are ready upstairs.”
We went upstairs and waited a full 15 minutes. When she finally showed up, instead of helping us, she walked in with other clients, clearly prioritizing them (UAE clients seemed to get the red carpet, while we got treated like garbage). She simply told us, “wait, they are ready.” Then, as if that wasn’t insulting enough, she turned around and said “oh, ask someone else.”
At that point we were furious. Thankfully, another consultant, Sara, stepped in and actually managed to find the shoes. She was the only competent person in this nightmare of a store.
Nikola is absolutely useless, lazy, and unprofessional. I’ve never seen a staff member so uninterested in doing their job. If not for Sara, we would have left empty-handed.
Bottom line: 0/5. Worst service ever. Nikola should not be working...
