As a Milan fan from the USA, finding milan merchandise with customization options is difficult to find in the states. I ordered an authentic shirt and requested and purchased all the shirt sponsors that are on the jerseys of the players when playing games. I received my shirt with a missing sponsor and requested help fixing it. Their solution was to refund me the additional amount spent on the customization of the sponsors. As it was the best solution for them, I'm left still with a shirt that's lacking the look as seen by the actual players and I can't help, but slightly dislike the appearance of my jersey knowing it's missing something. For what they charge for the jerseys and the customization, you would think they'd do a more thorough job of making sure all customization requests were met, but unfortunately mine did not get the professional...

This store is ridiculous. Do not order from them. I ordered a Christian Pulisic (one of their players) jersey for my son. I looked at their size chart and ordered a "10 years" since that corresponded to a Youth Medium per their size chart. They sent me a Small and won't let me return/exchange it since they don't allow return/exchange for "customized" jerseys. They keep telling me that since it's customized its against their policy to return. The jersey is "customized" with one of their players names, not mine. I have reached out many times with no resolution. Now I'm stuck with a jersey that is the wrong size and it's their fault. Order from another place if you order any jersey with a name on it. They will screw you and tell you that they can't help. Horrible service and...

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I made an online order for 2 jerseys. After realizing that I had made a mistake with sizing I attempted to modify and cancel my order (within 30 minutes of placement) using the correct online forms. The reply I received was generic and of no help regarding no cancellation of customized products once they have been made. After more cancellation attempts through the online form and unanswered calls, I received and email 11 days later saying that the order is ready for dispatch! 11 DAYS after attempting to cancel my order! Now I have 2 jerseys that cost $220 AUD each that don’t fit me. Never again will I buy...
