My daughter, her friend and I went to have dinner at this place. We were very enthusiastic because of the location and the way the restaurant was presented, but what a disappointment. The food wasn’t at the level we thought, no flavour at all. My dish was the specialty of the night, pasta with Truffle which is charged €5 per gram. The waiter explained that I will get my pasta with creamy sauce and the gram of truffle on top. Well, my pasta was a plain butter base with no seasoning of any kind, not even salt or garlic, the pasta itself cost €20. When prepping the dish, he came to our table with a small scale and a truffle slicer. He brought a truffle out that he weighed in front of us, it weighed 18g. He said “say when” then proceeded to slice the truffle on top of my pasta, after 3 large slices i said stop, which he didn’t do after he snuck and extra couple more slices in. He then began to pressure me into adding more truffle to my pasta, unsure about the amount I let him grate in a few more slices. After he weighed the truffle and from 18g, it had gone down to 11g, he added 7g of truffle to my plate which cost me €35. He acted surprised, as if he’d accidentally miscalculated after pressuring me to add more to my plate. He said he couldn’t do anything about it and that the truffle was already cut. That was exploitative. And on top of that, the truffle had no taste, it was like eating cardboard. I ended up paying €55 for a sad flavourless meal (not even a main). If there was an option to give them 0 stars, I would, but unfortunately there isn’t an option yet. I tried communicating to our waiter the issues we had with the meal we were paying for, but he kept deflecting and invalidating my disappointment in a rude manner. He told me the following: directed towards my daughter he said “your Mother is a hard women to please, right?” Incredibly unprofessional and rude. My daughter agreed the food was bland, and the truffle had zero flavour. “Maybe because you ordered antipasto beforehand, that might change your taste” ironically after the antipasto, they took half an hour to bring out our mains. “You are the only ones who complained about this dish tonight.” I would really like to know how many people had this dish last night to compare opinions. “You are having dinner in the center of Milan, you should be more than satisfied for this privilege and not complain about the food.” They charged us €4 each for our chairs. By his logic, it doesn’t matter if the food is bad, you are dining in the center of Milan, so you pay for what you get.
No apologies, No customer service, Rude comments. Seems like they’re taking advantage of the scenery, and scamming People into eating cheap expensive food. Where waiters can treat patrons with zero respect.
At the end, we asked for the bill and the waiter expected a tip after his rude conduct. We told him to take it off the tab, and He Rebuttal that it wasn’t his fault we didn’t like the food. I said you are right it’s not your fault because you didn’t cook the food, but I don’t understand why you would expect a tip after your rude behaviour, and to not even apologise after I confronted you on it. He was very upset.
Service all together was horrible, very slow for our firsts and seconds and even our bill, it wasn’t a full house either.
After that our night finished with a bad taste in our mouths.
We made a mistake not to check the reviews, I am writing all this for other people to be aware of. For now on I will always check...

This so-called "restaurant" was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They promised us "energy smoothies," but what we got were cheap Kiba smoothies—the kind you can find in any supermarket. The worst part? The glass was filled with so much ice that they probably split a single 0.75L Kiba bottle between three people. They’re cutting corners everywhere.
The Tiramisu? A complete joke. It was smaller than my iPhone 15! I’ve seen bigger portions in a dollhouse. And the ambiance was unbearable—mosquitoes were buzzing around, ready to bite you at any moment. It felt like dining in a swamp.
The American cheesecake was nothing but a sad, frozen excuse for a dessert. I could’ve bought the same thing from the freezer aisle at a discount store. And if you’re thinking of ordering a pizza, a Coke, or any other soft drink? Don’t even bother. The staff straight-up told us they were out of everything. How can you call yourself a restaurant if you can’t even offer the basics?
To top it all off, these scammers charged us a €16 flat fee—€4 per person! For what? A meal full of disappointments and deception.
In short, this place is a disaster. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. Save your money and your sanity—this was by far the worst dining experience...
Read moreAn almost trip ruining experience in Milan. The service was despicable. We told the staff upon arrival that we have a booking to attend elsewhere so we are in a rush. The waiter said he can meet our time needs and told us how long it would take. We were sat there for over 40 mins still waiting for our main course. So the waiter had in fact lied to get us to dine there. We made a polite complaint and said if there’s food wouldn’t come in the next 5 minutes we would have to leave as we had to be somewhere. The attitude the staff gave us was so unpleasant and they didn’t apologise ONCE. Like don’t say that you can serve us in time when you can’t and then proceed to give dirty looks. FURTHERMORE, the ragu pasta was BASIC and tasted like TESCO READY MEAL. Honestly for the price they charge which is not cheap, I would expect so much more. The star I will give them (1) is for the seafood pasta as that is very good. I would NOT recommend this food spot. If ur in Milan for a limited time don’t waste it here. Maybe this spot is good is you want somewhere in an okay location and for pictures...
