Su Garden （上苑） — Restaurant in Milan

Worst customer service and management you can expect. We ordered soup and had to wait for 10 mins for them to get salt, pepper and chilli sauce ( after they served it). And this is when they started testing our patience. For our main course we ordered Rice and noodles ( two separate dishes) and expected both to be served together. Well the rice came first and I requested the person to get us some cutlery (as the table only had chopsticks) and also requested them to get the noodles quickly. We waited for 10 mins and again requested the same thing to another person. And then after another 5 to 7 mins requested the manager the same. Almost 25 mins after our rice was served, we kept waiting for the cutlery and the noodles!! The the restaurant was packed ( maybe due to a Saturday night) and the ONLY thing the staff was interested was in serving wine and alcohol. You order a bottle of wine or beer and it would be served in a couple of seconds. It was the same story for the couple on the next table who kept waiting for their cutlery ( with the food resting and getting cold on the table). We finally left the restaurant and offered the manager to pay for all the things. And he was “KIND ENOUGH” to ask for only the soup payment and showed NO regrets at all. Guys you may be famous ( with the kind of rush we saw), but let us tell you that your service really really sucks and the staff shows a lot of attitude if you ask for anything ( we asked for pepper and the expression on your staff’s face was not kind). I had the pleasure of dining at Su Garden recently, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The food was nothing short of excellent, with every dish cooked to perfection. Worse restaurant I’ve ever been to, not just saying that to exaggerate. Would’ve given it below one if possible.

I took my girlfriend here for our anniversary. The waiters didn’t give us any attention until we had to ask several times to be served. They had poor communication interaction with us and not being bothered to help. We waited so long(1hr 40min) for our food, for them to just bring us one portion of food when we asked for 2. I don’t know how someone can bring us one portion of food for 2 couples on a date. The waiter gave us attitude and was huffing about when we told them. They kept telling us they’re making it and telling us lies with how long they’re going to take. We timed it and they went over time and we couldn’t take it anymore because they mistreated us and didn’t prioritise us because other people that came after us were getting all their food before me and my girlfriend so we just left unhappily.
