Twin's Cafè — Restaurant in Milan

Tourists avoid this place! These guys fooled me. I ordered a panino and a small (2 dl) beer. They took me 6,50 eur for the panino (the announced price was 5 eur) and 7 eur for the beer (just basic Beck's)! Not even in most expensive European countries would a 2 dl lager cost 7 eur. I was prepared to pay a little table fee and even give a tip, but this was outrageous. I believe no Italian would ever pay 13,50 eur for a panino and a little beer. We ordered four espressos but were charged for five, with a total of 12.5 euros. Beyond the steep price, I can’t understand why the cashier charged us for five drinks when there were clearly only four people. Oddly one of the best coffees in Milan. This small bar in a side out of the way street right in the city center has really very nice staff, and this machine that works with manual pressure and I don't know what..
