A Milano é diventato pressoché impossibile trovare locali così. Purtroppo. Il locale è piccolo, ma curatissimo. Tavoli all' interno e un piccolo dehors. I vini, spesso di piccole cantine cercate con cura, ottimi, e ogni volta una scoperta e una riconferma. Il cibo, dal semplice accompagnamento offerto con l'aperitivo ai piatti veri e propri di salumi e formaggi, all' altezza dei vini. Il conto, a mio parere non é caro: qui niente é fast e tanto meno di qualità men che ottima, e la qualità ha il suo valore. Forse i milanesi si sono troppo abituati alla fusion asiatica allyoucaneat, purtroppo... ma qui la qualità in ogni senso é di dieci livelli superiore. L' atmosfera é elegante pur essendo familiare e le due titolari offrono simpatia, competenza e cordialità. Una sosta gradita...
