The owner/ employee (not too sure) was very informative and explained to us how each pasta and sauce is different and even recommended us some combinations. This really helped us as tourists as it was our first time in Italy. He was very patient and clear. The restaurant is also very clean and spacious, with many seats provided for you to enjoy your meal! Water is also free, which is very rare in Italy (small details that matter :) ) The food was also pretty good, I would recommend the Cacio E Pepe. This place is amazing with authentic Italian food! Everything in the restaurant is from Italy from the ingredients in the food to the drinks, even the sodas are specifically sourced from Italy. Joshua was extremely helpful and kind. He took the time to explain what makes this restaurant unique and special. He talked about the special dishes and answered all of our questions. PERFECTION! 🤌. You don't need to search anywhere else, this is the best pasta in all of Italy. Paired with the most knowledgeable staff who will help you pick your perfect pasta and help you understand what you're picking. The wine pairings were without room for improvement and the prices were perfect. I'm heartbroken that I didn't have time to go here more than once.
