Archer Modena — Restaurant in Modena

I know its sounds strange but I have been there 1 year ago,Archer in Modena is undeniably a stunning venue with a fantastic concept. The design is modern and sophisticated, creating an atmosphere that immediately draws you in and sets high expectations. Unfortunately, the service completely ruins what could have been a remarkable experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were dismissive and, frankly, rude. There was no warm welcome, no acknowledgment of our presence for several minutes, despite the venue not being overwhelmingly busy at the time. When we finally flagged someone down, we were met with curt responses and an obvious lack of interest in helping us.

Simple requests, such as water for the table or clarification about the menu, were met with eye rolls and sighs, as if we were inconveniencing them by asking.

The disorganization was evident, but what made it worse was the sheer lack of courtesy and care. It felt as though we were being rushed through the experience. Any attempts to provide feedback were brushed off with a dismissive attitude, leaving us feeling unwelcome and frustrated.

While Archer in Modena is visually impressive and has an innovative concept, the appallingly rude and unprofessional service casts a dark shadow over the entire experience. Until there is a significant improvement in how staff interact with guests, I cannot recommend this place. A stunning venue deserves better, and so do...

My company and I found this place out of the bloom and we left satisfied and impressed by the stunning place, decorated with such detail, style and class. Even the bathroom was so meticulously decorated and clean. I've been living in Italy for years and I've never been to a place like this, which I was desperately yearning to find, as in other countries there are places with this concept. Archer is not the usual Italian restaurant, or aperitivo place. It is a whole other concept. The meats and cheese we ordered were high quality, freshly cut and delicious. The wine proposed by the person who served us was perfect. Everything on the menu was carefully selected. We were there with our toddler that sometimes is hyperactive and impatient and the lady (that I assume was the owner) welcomed him and gave him a set of colours). Even when the kid broke a glass the gentleman working there , patiently cleaned up. Later I saw the reviews and lots of people were writing about the owner's attitude, but I saw a person with humor. Maybe if she was a man people would find her funnier and give her other names. Who knows.. The place maybe on the pricier side, but I would recommend it for people who want to impress their company (or a first date)....

1. prima di tutto, visto che si tratta di vostre esigenze organizzative dovreste specificarlo subito in modo che i clienti riescano ad organizzarsi e a non trovarsi in imbarazzo all'ultimo davanti alla cassa. non è detto che le persone al tavolo vivano nella stessa casa e abbiano modo di scambiarsi i soldi se uno del gruppo paga con la carta e gli altri sono senza contanti.
2. nessuno ci ha chiesto di non affollarci davanti alla cassa, ci è solo stato detto con toni e fare MOLTO SGARBATI che non si accettavano conti separati ed erano problemi nostri come regolarci. INAUDITO!
3. nella risposta del proprietario non vedo nessuna scusa per il comportamento del tutto inappropriato della signora alla cassa, ma solo una misera motivazione che sicuramente non regge visto che praticamente quasi ovunque riescono ad organizzarsi per fare conti separati. e non ricordo nessun altro posto che ha trattato così un cliente che vuole pagare.
4. ribadisco che per i prezzi che avete mi sembra che dobbiate tenere più in considerazione le esigenze organizzative del cliente che le vostre.
5. leggete un po' anche le altre recensioni e fatevi un bagno di umiltà perchè la maggior parte dei clienti dice le stesse cose di voi, non sono di certo io la pazza. Grazie e a mai più rivederci!

CONTI DI GRUPPO SOLO IN CONTANTI! Abbiamo scoperto questo locale per caso e ci siamo fermati per fare ape, molto carino tanto che volevamo tornarci a cena. Peccato per la brutta sorpresa alla cassa: signora molto sgarbata che con fare arrogante ha detto che essendo in 4 al tavolo non potevamo pagare ognuno il suo con la carta. nel 2021 mi sembra paradossale, visto che è anche obbligo di legge poter pagare col pos. Primo perchè con un calice di vino a 8 euro mi sembra che i costi della commissione se li siano presi ampiamente, secondo perchè uno può essere senza contanti (come difatti è capitato a noi) e terzo c'è sempre modo e modo di dire le cose. alla fine eravamo là per pagare e se fossimo stati in 4 tavoli diversi? fanno pagare con la carta un cliente al giorno?...
