Unfortunately, it was bad experience here. We ordered meat from secondary menu and got just a cold antipasti :( We didn’t get why it was not in antipasti section? It was a bit cold inside and we were waiting for a hot meal, but not today)) The most interesting thing is that guy who was near us and ordered a meat from the same secondary menu just in a one line above of our orders received a hot piece of meat with a side dish. We thought to order it but decided to take the other proposals. We were very disappointed because of overpriced antipasti! Also, we asked for a latte to go and we got…just a hot milk) Waitress speaks English but per some reason she understood latte as a milk not a coffee (latte means milk on Italian) Guys, you should be more attentive when you serve something to your guests. Will not...

Incredibly unfriendly staff and service. Arrived on a Wednesday evening at 7.40pm. There were plenty of empty tables and we asked if we could take a seat. "Kitchen is only open until 8pm and you have to leave latest at 9pm".

We had ordered a side salad which they forgot and we asked if we still get it when we received our main course. It never came even though there were only 3 other tables with guests, so not too busy to forget. When I paid it was still in the bill and was even bluffed at why we haven't asked for it which we did... There were several other moments where we clearly didn't feel welcome. Worst experience in Italy during this 2 weeks holiday and also worst experience in Italy I have ever had.

Even though the food was ok and the wine tasted good, I can only summarise:

Came here with my sister for lunch while killing time before our train arrived at the Modena station. We were so happy we did! The pasta dishes were filling, flavorful, and light in the stomach. My sister had the "Tagliatelle al Ragù tradizionale "della Rosanna "", and I had the "Tortelloni ripiene di Ricotta e Spinaci al Burro e Salve" accompanied by a refreshing glass of Verdicchio white wine. My only regret is not placing an additional order to go. 😂 This is a must-try restaurant when in the beautiful town of Modena. Our waitress along with the owner were very pleasant and total sweethearts. Which only makes your dining experience that much more...
