If you care about celiac needs or intolerance, I have never had a gluten free pizza that tasted like this. Gluten free pizza made from scratch (potentially best in the world), whole grain and normal...not to mention the toppings and formats. Approachable, english speaking, kind, ample seating, take out, nice! Its not cardboard, it just seems like the owners wanted an experience to truly let their pizza and creations shine, which means appealing to everyone. I bring numerous people there, even go out of my way for the pizza. Menus arrive in tattered novels, its a full experience, I don’t write reviews about places that don’t have the full investment in their concept, service, and quality. Big menu, a flavor experience for just about anyone. Clean attractive restaurant. Delicious food. We had the Dissonanti pizza and a Caesar salad. This Caesar salad had chicken breast, pancetta and large flakes of Parmegiano Reggiano with a light dressing and light and crunchy croutons. Fair and affordable prices for high quality ingredients. Very good service, except when we arrived 30 minutes after opening and were ignored by the two people working for a full 10 minutes as the rest of the staff were just arriving. No excuses for that! Prenotato tavolo per 4 alle 20.30, siamo stati informati che era da liberare per le 21.00. Quando siamo arrivati ( 20.15 ) abbiamo dovuto attendere perché il nostro tavolo era stato assegnato per errore a due persone che sono state traslocate. Abbiamo ordinato una pizza,due hamburger e tortellini. Quando è arrivata la pizza era veramente troppo carica di pepe e mia moglie non riusciva a mangiarla. Pensavo di fare una cosa gentile proponendo di portare a casa quella pizza e farne un'altra differente. Abbiamo dovuto attendere la seconda pizza come se fossimo in lista normale e non con la priorità che si dovrebbe dare a un tavolo con un problema. Abbiamo chiesto un sorbetto al limone che è arrivato non fluido come ci si aspetta ma in blocchetti compatti nel bicchiere come se non sapessero gestire la temperatura del mantecatore o, ancora peggio, se l'avessero prelevato da un contenitore in freezer. Poco dopo ho chiesto di poter avere un mascarpone e la cameriera ci ha fatto notare che dovevamo liberare il tavolo perché erano arrivate le persone del turno successivo. Le ho fatto notare che per terminare un mascarpone avrei impiegato meno di 1 minuto e lei mi ha proposto di trasferirci in un altro tavolo da 4. A questo punto mi chiedo perché non poteva far sedere quelle persone nel tavolo che mi ha proposto ed attendere un minuto. Ho preferito non prendere il mascarpone e andarmene. Le regole ci sono ed è giusto, ma l'applicazione deve essere fatta con un po' di buon senso e raziocinio.
