I have been in this place to buy some chocolate products of Modica and overall the experience was fine. The staff was friendly and professional and the cleanliness of the store was good. The prices of the products are fair compared to other similar tourist store on which you are almost cheated. You can also pay small amounts with credit card (we paid 3€ with no resistance nor issues). Visited three times during our stay in Modica trying lunch (focaccia) on one visit and cake and granitas the other times. Always had lovely tasty food and service with a smile. I even managed to get black tea with cold milk - very English but necessary. Very friendly atmosphere. It's a café-bookshop-sweetshop all in one. Great selection of local cookies and biscuits, Modica chocolate in all kinds of flavours, children's books and cookbooks.
