My wife and I savored what we felt was a spectacular lunch in celebration of her birthday and a beautiful day in Modica a few days before Christmas. We got the Spagetti Vongule, Risotto and the Gnocchi with rabbit ragou. What is the Chef doing with the Risotto? It taste like milk rice, what rice did he use... Gnocchi looks not bad, but were is the taste. Pasta vongule, were not bad, but that's not the Sicilian taste. For a Restaurant near the sea side you can find many better Restaurant with more flavor, better ingredience in better price direction.

Read moreWE had a dinner at this little pearl of Modica, fantastic place with absolutely beautiful service, they are always there when you need them but never imposing. The tuna tartar is a must to try when you go there, we absolutely loved the amuse bouche fabulous presentation, absolutely splendid idea, strongly recommend! The olive oil was served with warm bread and both were delicious. We also enjoyed the spumanti that we selected by glass. The spagetthoni with anchovies where great primi that can surprise. If we ever come back to Modica we will definitely go back there to try other positions...
