By far the best hazelnut ice cream I have ever eaten in my life and I'm not exaggerating. The canoli are a dream. They have a seemingly endless selection of cakes and baked goods. It's a family owned business and they are truly proud of what they do. I also tried their creation ciuri ciuri a mix of pistachio almonds and something else. Very delicious 😋 but I fell in love with their hazelnut ice cream nothing could best that. They also have a very good selection with vegan bin dairy flavours for those who can't or don't want to eat milkproduce.They are super super friendly very patient with us (obvious tourists).Space inside is limited, but they did a great job providing seats outside.When we visited it was mid March, so too cold to be outside.there were a lot of locals that coming to eat or drink something. Conveniently located next to the La Perla restaurant we had supper at, this was our very last purchase made on Sicily before heading back to our bus to catch the ferry back to Malta. Many attractive pastries were also available but as Americans not always accustomed to having wide availability of gelato in our country, we chose gelato instead and were not disappointed. Personale affabile, amichevole, gentile e preparato, specializzati nel soddisfare il cliente per qualsiasi esigenza esso abbia, si esprimono in italiano. Prodotti artigianali di qualità superiore a prezzi adeguati, la granella di pistacchio, ad esempio è a grana grossa ovvero di altissima qualità rispetto a quella in uso in altre gelaterie e bar del circondario. Ogni gusto di gelato è preparato con amore e dedizione ed il gelato ha il sapore di gelato e non solamente il profumo e l'aspetto.
