Caffetteria Serpentone — Restaurant in Naples

Food was okay. Seafood was little salty but I guess it’s normal. I was honestly enjoying everything up until the point where the plate of food was shoved so hard down my table, that it hit my nose, scratched my make up, yet I still laughed it off and thought okay it was accident. We ordered a seafood starter, seafood risotto, my bf had meat and it was delicious. However, the waiter spilled sauce on my bf’s jeans, did not apologize for it and even turned around and asked “really? Did that happen?” .The bill came at 82 euros. The waiter came out and told my bf that the tips are not included :). As if we weren’t going to tip. For the first time in my life. That was the worst ever experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. AVOID...

Horrible service. It took over an hour for us to get our food. And then they offered us a pizza and mozzarella since they were taking so long... and then they charged us for it! One of the people in our group gave their mozzarella to another person in our group, and the waiter tried charging us for another mozzarella ball. We had to keep arguing with him that it was the same ball he had already brought out. As far as the food taste, the risotto was horrible and i can't tell u how the grilled chicken tasted... because i never got it. It took so long, that we ordered a kebab from around the corner (which was amazing, by the way), and ate it before we even got our food. And probably the worse part of it all,...

good was OK expensive prawns wasn't peeled but server charged us 14 euro just to sit down 7 pound each just to open the menu 3 euro for water we didn't ask for he opened it and served us poured it in glasses then said we have to order starter main and dessert , we didn't want all that food just mains , I asked the server if my food comes with salad which he did and he insisted to bring us a salad (all extra charge ) which we didn't ask for , for a meal that should cost 30€ it cost us nearly €80 its a tourist trap dont...
