We were so happy to eat here. The staff is super friendly and very approachable. They seem passionate about the food and the place. I unfortunately cannot remember the server's name but he did say he was one of the newer staff members. We ordered the gyoza with chicken and vegetables. We couldn't decide on fried or steamed so the server went and asked if we could do half and half. They said yes which is very accommodating (if they would have said no, we were ready to pick the steamed) we also got the Goma Wakame. So delicious. Perfect balance of flavour. For our main we shared Sushi Sake (nigiri sushi, salmon), uramaki California roll and Urumaki spicy Salmon roll. All the sushi was AMAZING!! The salmon was so fresh it melted in your mouth. The crab wasn't over powering and the spice level was perfect. The price is right on. I was happy to pay what we did since we left with smiles. I asked to speak with the owner to inform them about our experience. I highly recommend this place and if you enjoy it as much as we did, make sure to speak with the owner and to let her know. When we first came in, the plates were a bit dirty (covered in some sort of ash). Warabashi (cheap disposable chopsticks) was provided. Tried the ramen, did not came with ramen spoons and we had to use the rough chopsticks provided, constantly grazing our lips. The noodles served was instant noodles, can basically get this at the supermarket. Carrots and cabbage were old and soggy. Soup flavouring was mediocre at best. I cannot believe they charged €15 for something I could have made better for €6 at home. Hats off to them to have the courage to charge this meal at such prices.

When the waitress came and asked whether the food was okay and I told her that it was bad. She did not say anything or asked for input and just picked up the plates and left.

Mi spiace sempre lasciare recensioni non del tutto positive, ma purtroppo mi ritrovo a doverlo fare. Era da tempo che volevo provare questo posto per mangiare un sushi di alta qualità, quindi ho deciso di andarci a cena col mio compagno per festeggiare il mio compleanno. La location è molto bella, anche se ci sono dei particolari da curare, almeno per dove eravamo seduti noi, alle mie spalle nell'angolo della parete una ragnatela e la lampada al tavolo con un po' di polvere. La nota dolente è il servizio, non si può aspettare 20 minuti tra una portata e l'altra, si spezza l'appetito e non si apprezza quello che si sta mangiando. Abbiamo ordinato 2 menù degustazione da 6 portate che sono arrivate in tempi biblici, siamo entrati alle 21.30 e usciti alle 23.40, per poco ci chiudeva anche il parcheggio 😅 Il personale di sala è senza dubbio gentile, ma non si può gestire i tavoli in questo modo, ci è stato spiegato che a causa degli ordini Just Eat da evadere, la cucina aveva subito dei ritardi. Capisco tutto ma in un ristorante di un certo livello non si può avere problemi del genere, sono situazioni che vanno organizzate in maniera diversa e non possono penalizzare i clienti che sono lì al tavolo. Il problema non era solo nostro, ma anche i tavoli vicini erano spazientiti ed evidentemente scocciati. Mi spiace molto perché il prezzo pagato non è affatto irrisorio, per 78 euro a testa ci si aspetta di essere trattati diversamente rispetto ad un ristorante qualsiasi. Detto questo, non discuto sulla qualità e bontà del cibo, pesce di altissimo livello, nessun dubbio. Ahimè credo che non ritornerò perché non mi sono goduta appieno la serata, le mie aspettative sono rimaste deluse e visto che era il mio compleanno mi aspettavo di andare via con una sensazione diversa 🤷🏻‍♀️ A volte bastano piccoli gesti per rimediare, ad esempio offrire gli amari di fine pasto invece che farli pagare sarebbe stata un'azione...
