Fresco Trattoria Pizzeria Vomero — Restaurant in Naples

If I could've, I would've given 0 star. Worst service I've ever experienced, the staff was rude, made us wait even though we were amongst the first clients of the evening. I wish I could say that the food was mid but it would give it too much credit. We had the caprese salad and it was nothing short of disgusting, 12 euros for an unripe tomato ( in the middle of July in Naples mind you) and a squishy, watery mozzarella, probably the worst I've ever eaten. It was quite expensive for the city, especially when you consider the quality of both the food and the service, 2,50€ per person for the service really was the cherry on top. Run, I'm pretty sure that ant other restaurant in the area...

Let me start by saying the food is amazing. I had the Capricciosa pizza two nights in a row and thoroughly enjoyed it. On the third night I ordered something else, but they served me the same pizza again, which was a bit frustrating. I didn’t have the chance to ask why during the meal as the staff were very busy serving a large table, and no one came to check on me, perhaps also because it was quite late. I did ask when paying the bill but only got a quick answer in Italian. By then I was already quite tired and frustrated, so I didn’t push further. Nonetheless, the food is excellent and I can recommend...

Impasto senza glutine, ma non per celiaci...allora per chi è? Sono una ragazza celiaca e sono andata a cena stasera in questo "ristorante", dopo un'assenza di tre anni. Ho chiesto una Margherita senza glutine, mi hanno risposto che l'impasto era senza GLUTINE, ma non per me, poiché la pizza la poggiano direttamente nel forno a legna dove cuociono le altre pizze, rispondo al cameriere che non è un problema se poggiano la pizza in un contenitore di alluminio mi va bene anche se la cuociono nel forno con le altre, il cameriere mi risponde seccato di no, bene, apro il menu e chiedo una salsiccia alla brace, mi dice di no perché usano la stessa brace anche per il pane.... Si, ma qualche volta la lavate? Ma lo sapete che potreste da un lato fare il pane e nell' altro solo la carne? Lo sapete che siamo nel 2019 e i problemi alimentari sono all'ordine del giorno? Ho potuto ordinare solo una caprese. Il punto, non è cosa ho mannngiato o cosa non ho mangiato, il punto è che siete stati di una scortesia indicibile, perché né il cameriere né nessun altro del locale si è vagamente preoccupato di cosa avrei potuto mangiare e come, esattamente prendere una padella pulita e all' interno cucinare della carne quanto del vostro preziosissimo tempo vi sarebbe costato? Sono una ragazza celiaca che mangia tranquillamente in posti che non hanno la certificazione AIC perché alla fine basta un po' di cortesia, pulizia in cucina e buon senso, ma da voi non ho ricevuto nemmeno...
